  1. Haven't made a bike night in awhile, busy as hell around here shuttling kids everywhere. Today is my last weekday long bike day, kids go back to school as well as my babysitter. Leaving in about an hour or so, might go north this time and get lost for 6 hours, who knows. Meadows, in farmbrook? I can't remember my wifes birthday let alone street names in my neighborhood...
  2. I drove down 75 sunday from florida, saw the sidewalk as well. Being in the concrete paving business its basically a footer for the freeway median to rest on....

  4. I'd ride there but being in alabama(greenbow?) heading to florida might be a bit long. Didn't get to bring the bike, sigh....

    Wed ride

Heading out wed morning about 930am from Pickerington, not really sure where I'll go, this damn cold attacked me Sat and I feel like shit, but not enough to not ride. Either head towards coshocton, or towards the ohio river, or where the wind goes, lol. If your interested PM me and I'll send ya my cell.
  6. I'll wave, don't care if you wave back, I've been out of high school a couple decades.....
  7. I'd love to go, yourt close. Got to ride rt188 from circlejerk to lancaster today, that is a great road. Might head out about 7pm tonight, painting the kids rooms now.
  8. Bought the bike 6 weeks ago, have 3700 on her
  9. I'd love to meet up and go, might see if I can escape(not a word julie) an ride up there, eat, donate and ride home, not too much to ask! Now I'm trying to figure out how to bungee 2 air mattresses to the bike for my in-laws, its sunny and I wanna ride. Mike
  10. When you look at the everytrips page, above the map click the stats link, shows you the elevation graph and speed graph, very cool.
  11. I'm glad she doesn't read this forum Julie. The section of 555 I did today, was in great shape, pretty clear of gravel, horseshit, did wipe out a flock of sparrows, thank god for the shield, plus scratch 2 blacksnakes, turned them into 4. Almost hit a pair of fawns on 78, going about 78. Its my second trip to 555, I'm getting better and better, dragging the boards more and more, I think I know the limit now before they hit, which scares the shit out of me every time. Didn't see many bikers today, I did get trash thrown at me from a pickup full of huge farmboys, guess they thought I was riding too close, shit they were going 25 on rt555 in a POS chevy made in the roosevelt years. I did the middle finger wave as I went by. mike
  12. Here is the spreedsheet showing you the elevation changes, my actual speed and time for the trip broken into small sections, very cool. http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AmeIM94aqNk8dFowODBRR2NYQVNVTVJYZ1h5R3p3bGc&hl=en If you goto my trip page you can see the route the data came from. Is here: http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=290561
  13. Just got back from riding hocking and 555, I have a garmin oregon 200 gps and I'm looking at the elevation graphs for the trip. Hocking hills highs around 1075 feet and lows around 750 to 800, rt 555( I didn't get to ride the far southern run) highs 1100 and lows 690's. I wish I could post the graph, I'll try later.... Mike
  14. Headed out today at 830am and got back at 230pm by myself, about 210 miles. Uploaded the trip to everytrail.com, pictures and description can be found here: http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=290561 Mike Have 3400 miles in less than 6 weeks!
