  1. 10-15 per tire but most will mount them free if you buy the tires from them.
  2. Depends on what you call junk. They will do some good times. I only know of one bike they have been on. It was a 3 hour race sv. They said it was the only tire that wouldn't last them 2 3 hour races. The times for them were super close and I doubt you would notice a difference unless your running crazy fast.
  3. The aftermarket ones run 2 lines down. The 05/06 run the same master and calipers as the 08, the only difference may be length and I bet they are an inch or less off. This wouldn't affect anything as they make them too long anyway.
  4. I actually used race rubber for 95% of the races last year. I'm still trying to figure them out as they have crazy amounts of grip. Once I get it in my head that I can ride them faster it might help. Lol I was on them when some dude on a gsxr passed me like I wasn't moving.
  5. We will just give you our man seed and you can take it to a sperm bank for cash.
  6. I have seen this guy pass me a mach 1.
  7. Man, should have been right the first time. Lmao
  8. I'm still trying to talk the wife into moving our daughters bday party and our anniversary. I hope my asian buddy can make it back out, we had a good fight going at beaver. I missed you the last part of the season.
  9. I don't remember the crash but I have your rearsets now. lol
  10. I did a full season last year more as a bucket list thing more than anything, well that and someone (cough cough Nick cough) was suppose to run with me all year to see where we ended up.
  11. I call BS I have ran a set of street tires (way too long) for 22 days, about half of that coaching novice the rest running I and A plus 1 race at the end of their life.
  12. All the dunlops are 190 rear. I think Michelin and bstones are the cheaper one $375 or so a set with pirelli right ther. You could check the padoc and ask around, I have a set of michelins I need to get rid of. Slicks are ok for motoseries and I think some of the wera stuff but if the track gets damp you are not as good off with them vs a race dot.
  13. I have done it myself and seen others race on street rubber, you just have to know where the limits of them are. I think tmn8er on here did all of his last year on a set of pures, I did one last year and a few the year before on them and jbot ran quite a few on them. It is a mental game and the race rubber eliminates having to worry about over doing it tire wise.
  14. This is not going to help me this year. I better get my ass in gear.
  15. I did ok, got a trophy at the end of the season.
  16. I did all of last season and plan on doing 3/4 or more of this season. Define competitively. lol
  17. If you get the gps one, there is software out there to show you speeds. If you end up using it at the track this could show you where you need to work on. Plus you can over lay the track, speed, and video so you know exactly where you are. May want to leave the speed part off for the street though so you don't get in too much trouble.
  18. I think STG just sells the street versions. You can get the michelins from sportbike tire service. If you want bstones you can order them from mizemobile (Quinten) and he can ship them or you can pick them up at motoseries events. Todd would be the one to contact on pirelli. I don't know the dunlop guys name, KTM-Brian might have that info and I don't know if they sell other than trackside.
  19. STT only sells michelin, Motoseries will have bstones, dunlop, and pirelli. Todd is the pirelli rep for motoseries. Yes, you have to get race tires at the track. I know pirelli is super strict on this and get pissed if a dealer calls for them and they are not approved to sell them.
  20. Am I the only one confused as to why the renaissance is being discussed in geography and not history class? These were always separate classes for me.
  21. You should hear something kick on in the tank.
