  1. Questions questions. I think you're speaking Rick's mind. Maybe instead of paying someone to work on your bike you should pay someone to pen your comebacks.
  2. hey John; Do you use a front head stand? If so, which one? I can't find one with the right angle to keep the support bar from hitting the fender.

  3. That's pretty aggressive on the bike nights - I'll definitely go. Maybe Art's band can get a gig or two there, if it's worth it.
  4. First, let me say that I'm sorry to hear that your head is straight up your ass. You just reiterated exactly what Rick said - only it took you way too many words to do it. Stop 'addressing comments' and just speak your own mind.
  5. Can you do bar ends? That fiber looks a lot better than the crap that's on eBay

    amazing shot
  7. The shit kept me out of it today. heading up 71 there was debris flying all over the place. cars swerving to avoid it, blinding dust. Cheech, did you dyno? What did you pull?
  8. I've been followed by several cops this week around Alum Creek Lake (where they really don't have anything to do except look for anything to ticket someone for) and no problems. I don't think they care too much as long as you drive like a normal person and don't open it up too much.
  9. I just heard about this. Man! Spring break is getting worse and worse. The rape rate is through the roof, too. RIP

Great picture. I bet you have limitless cool backgrounds for pics out there!
  11. I've passed hundreds of riders in the last few days and not one has been wearing proper gear. No exaggeration!
  12. You've seen it at baseball games and everywhere you drive. They're playing games with moving objects to see if they can "just miss 'em". They're just trying to be funny for their friends. They have incredible vision and the ability to fly over anything so it's their own fault if something happens. Sorry about your lid. Damn that sucks. Wasn't even your fault!
  13. I'd say hit a junk yard and find stuff in the same color. Piece it back together one part at a time if you have to. I did this with an '88 CRX I loved that got hit by an idiot. It came out perfect. Sounds like you just need a bumper cover, hood and light assy. and probably a fender, too.
  14. Actually, I always look to the last thing that was done to the machine. In this case, taking it in to a shop for something completely unrelated. He should bring it back to them and make them track it down. Course that could only prove to be more problems than a...bucket of fuses;)
  15. It may be old school, but it fits right in today. That frame is bad ass. I keep clicking into this thread just to see it again.
  16. That is absolutely beautiful!
  17. Try replacing the fuse and use a simple volt meter. Set it to check continuity, and go to the end of the line on each circuit. Example: take out a bulb, touch one lead to a good ground and the other to each of the contacts. You'll find the wire but finding the short is another story. You can pretty much be sure that the short won't be in a pack of wires running together and covered. It's likely where the wire crosses the frame or makes a transition. I don't think they had to take off your lower fairings to do the job they did, but you never know. Just like you never know what idiot is working on your shit when you take it to a shop. Tom- I would've thought you'd be the last guy to suggest a bucket of fuses!
  18. Awesome news on the job! So how much can you get me an EXO-900 for? I hope you get to ride more than just to and from work in these days ahead.

  19. Weekdays are the best for Hocking Hills. Today through Friday are optimum weather days. I'm up for any. There's a great place to get burgers just out of Hocking Hills and they're open wednesdays through the weekends.
  20. I found it's the same if you're either a new rider or if you get a new bike. You ride any time the road conditions are favorable whatever the temperature. After a couple seasons it falls off. I don't put my bikes up for winter so I ride whenever I can but I have a dual heat-troller and heated jacket liner and gloves.
