Hey Street! I don't know, somewhere off Roberts Rd.
-
Who wants to meet somewhere to go to Hilliard Hoots? I'll watch for a while. I'm thinking somewhere close to the event before we pull in.
-
I'm jonesin' fer a meet n' greet! I live just down the street from this place. I'll try to be there on the early side. Looking forward to it.

That about says it all.
-
I'm there...if we ever actually get a summer!
-
Strong T storms in the forcast. If it's nice at 6:45, i'm there.
-
Nice find! Should be great.

Welcome newb! I can't remember how Honda did that clutch. Is it a fluid or auto hard clutch?
-
One slap at a time!
-
Huh. Guess I should go check the PO box.
Unbelievable.

Max; Check a few V-Max forums - maybe you can find a place to start in a short time.

Those pump-up garden sprayers. Spray some degreaser, let it work, then go after it with the sprayer. It's less pressure than a hose. May keep water from getting where you don't want. To dry? Ride!

Na. The only thing i can think of that you can spray that takes away dirt, grease, bugs instantly and dries immediately is Brake Cleaner. You don't want to get that near your bike (unless you spray some tissue and use it on bare stainless). For the engine, swing-arm, small areas (not body work) a bug sprayer filled with warm water is awesome.
With a V-Max, there not much body work but there sure is a lot of engine!

You mean if any water gets on the bike it won't start? I didn't say anything about a hose.
-
You can make your own detailer that works great. A squirt bottle with distilled water and just a dab of car wash.
-
I use a bottle of Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover. Just spray it and wait a couple, then go after it with a rung out terry cloth. Never let a paper towel or tissue paper get near your bike! Only 100% Cotton.

I actually did what I was told and sent a SASE in. That was while ago. Oh well, I'm only out a stamp and a couple of envelopes.
-
Definitely.

Just wait. I know he's gonna like this.

Hey Marine; there's a bike I almost bought just a few days ago. $4000. From all that I could tell without actually riding it, so far, so good. prolly worth a look. I'll PM you

At Roberts and Hilliard-Rome there's a center on the SW corner. How 'bout there?
