  1. Doesn't matter to me. How do you want it delivered?
  2. Cool cool, no pressure, man. I'm not like aggressively trying to sell them, so they'll probably be here if you decide you want any.
  3. I've lived in Reynoldsburg (on and off) for a few years, and have never had any major trouble. The apartment prices aren't too ridiculous, and there are several fairly nice complexes around here (a couple of crappy ones, too, but anyone from this end of town could point them out for you). The part of Reynoldsburg I live in (Alexander court, just south of Broad) is actually Columbus PD, and I've never had any real problems with them. The one time I called them (creepy car was watching my neighbor's house, and I had to leave for class), they showed up pretty promptly. There's only been one car broken into that I know of in the last year, and that guy left his GPS lit up on the dash every night for months before someone grabbed it. I spend tons of time working in my garage with the door up, all my music gear, bikes, electronics and such are visible, and I've never had anyone try to mess with it. Really, though, just drive around the city and pick a spot where all the cars you see parked cost more than yours, and you'll be fine. Incidentally, yeah, Brice road can be crappy ('smashed car window crappy' not 'gunned down in the street crappy'), and most of the taxes Pickerington people are unhappy about won't affect you directly. Lots of big expensive houses out that way.
  4. Ah, clever stuff. (is too lazy to read stuff)
  5. Shows up as 40 pages on my browser.
  6. Lol, I only cover my own bike with cig ashes. They blow off if you go fast enough anyway.
  7. Yeah, unfortunately, he doesn't own the company, he's just one of their third-shift drivers. The company just doesn't really mind if he helps friends when there aren't any actual customer calls. Hmm, I'm in class till 6 today-- if the bike's <500 lbs, we could probably lift it into my truck, but I wouldn't be able to get out there much before 7. From what you said, I'm guessing you have to work around that time? Anyone able to help him before that?
  8. Lol. Hey, if he'd posted this earlier, I'd have just brought my truck out to do it. But now it's late and I have to go to bed. I called my friend anyway, but he said he wouldn't be able to sneak away at all tonight, so it looks like I'm not much use at the moment.
  9. I might be able to get you some help-- a friend of mine works nights for a towing company, if he's not busy he may be able to help. What end of town?
  10. Had a nice time, met some more great people. Thanks for the clutch help, everyone. And big ups to everybody involved in putting this thing together- I know these events don't just spontaneously plan themselves. Nice work.
  11. Hey Josh, I'm the one who told you to try here (sorry my e-mail was all crappy, I was typing on my phone)- great bunch of people, hopefully someone knows how to answer your questions.
  12. Just walk up to someone in an OhioRiders shirt and start talking to them. (don't be socially backward like me) Hurr hurr
  13. If he's healthy enough to drive a Mustang, he's healthy enough for an asswhoopin. Respect elders that earn it. Fuck that guy. Glad you're alright.
  14. I'll be heading up there around 2, I think. Maybe a bit earlier.
  15. Update: I'm now the proud owner of a set of drag bars and 5'' risers. Now it's time to put them on. Wish me luck!
  16. Hey, update-- one of the other guys had taller honda risers and bars together, so I went ahead and got those today, so I won't be able to buy yours. Sorry for backing out at the last minute, but taller ones will work better on this bike. Thanks a lot though, I appreciate the offer.

  17. Hey, that's not bad. More than I thought, actually.
  18. Yeah, but oh well. I figured I'd just post what I have here in case anyone wants to go all /nostalgia on it. Like I said, they're just taking up space here, so if I get a few bucks out of 'em I'm happy.
  19. Hey, I found some NES games while I was rummaging around in my garage a couple of weeks ago. I had them all tested, and they all work. They are all just the cartridges, no boxes or manuals. Any old-school geeks wanna make me an offer for all or any of them, just let me know. Here's what I have: Super Mario Brothers (not the Duck Hunt combo) Super Mario Brothers 2 Final Fantasy Tiger-Heli Xevious I know they're not worth a whole lot, I'd just like to get a few bucks or some barter out of them, since I don't have a use for them.
  20. Lmao, I don't think I'm bad-looking. Then again, I don't really care if I am. But for some reason, people tend to mistake my normal, somewhat serious expression for some kind of attitude. I just don't smile a whole lot. Oh well.
  21. Hmm, sorry I don't have a trailer at the moment, and my truck only has a 6' bed. 20' pieces? You building a galleon? Will it have cannon? That would be pimpin.
  22. My name's Brian, pleasedtameetcha. Thirty is fine by me, I'll just want to hold them up to the current ones to compare, but it sounds like they'll be good.

  23. Every time I stop by the side of the road-- to add/ remove gloves or layers, to switch to my night goggles, whatever-- someone (car or bike) stops to ask if I need help. Given that people normally cross the street when I'm coming down the sidewalk, it's a bit jarring, but appreciated. And it's also part of why I always stop when I see someone on the side of the road (unless I'm running late).
  24. That would be cool. How much would you want for them?

  25. Ah, cool cool. Mine are 1". 3" straight risers would probably work too-- the clearance from the tank isn't too bad already, and the stock risers have a bit of pullback in them. Hmm, I'd have to measure and see. I was up too late last night, so I'm still drinking my 'morning' coffee, but I may take you up on the phone help in a little while if you're not busy. EDIT: This is why I like this group-- I'm getting all kinds of great advice, offers of help, and leads on parts, a lot of them from people I haven't met in person yet. OR is good stuff. Hopefully I can figure out some useful way to pay it forward here too. Hmm... Anyone need to use a pickup truck to haul something? Heh
