Do you argue that texting while driving isn't dangerous? because it is. VERY. those of us against the law are against it because it's unenforceable, not because it's wrong. Every municipality and/or state has a law against driving while distracted. this law is actually redundant and was only passed to raise awareness about the dangers of texting.

texting is actually quite useful if you need to communicate and can't/shouldn't speak out loud. it's also nice for directions or lists that you would otherwise have to write down. Call the wife, "text me the shopping list". hang up and drive safely instead of trying to shoulder the phone and drive while writing.

I believe teaching the constitution and its amendments is required in every school curriculum in the country. So everyone has the opportunity to be educated in this manner. If they (or their parents) choose to avoid this education, they deserve the full wrath of their stupidity.

well the state government would have to make that choice. the cbus gov't decided they wanted to ban texting, so they enacted the legislation and made it happen. I'd be fine if my state legislators continued to not waste time by trying to enact a barely enforceable law.

It actually runs from Tellico, Tennessee to The pacific coast in Oregon. Those guys do a segment of the trail every year and that ride took place like 3 years ago and was documented on ADVrider.com

just pull that shit apart and spray it with carb cleaner pull a jet out, spray it, look and see if you can see light through it. if not, run something small and soft through it like fishing line. do one jet at a time so you don't get anything messed up. use a magnetic tray to hold any screws. reinstall and ride that shit.
