ha, I just realized briarcliff is a place that I stumbled on when out exploring one day. It seemed to be the end of the session on sunday and I just rode in. I was watching the "B" track (called the C track now) and some guy says "If you just sit there, you'll never go!" No thanks! I'm just here to watch.
Anybody know of a good 'easy' mx park? I'm looking for something along the lines of 70's style tracks. I've got a dualsport and I'd like to keep my knees intact. (And I'm fookin skeered of big jumps)
I think we're saying the same thing just with different words. I was just questioning blake's mentality about dead men not being able to testify. I agree that you are well within your rights to shoot an intruder. Blake seemed to be implying that you're better off killing someone in a questionable scenario. I was arguing that it's a bad idea to shoot at any point when you could be in violation of the law.
Well lets see, this weekend was a good start. Got most of the crap from the move that doesn't belong in the garage moved inside. To get them out of the garage, I had to paint a dresser and fix a recliner. Then I built a bad ass work bench. Now I need to tear down the WR and do a pretty complete overhaul. Replace steering head bearings (I think). Fix headlight housing and replace bulb. Modify/Fix turn signal brackets. Add quick disconnects for the lights. Replace fork seals. Clean/lube/repair anything else I find. Next is tearing down the xr80 to see if it is worth restoring or should be parted out.
Yeah, I didn't use wikipedia, but thanks for playing. It would be a little more honorable for you to say, "yeah, whoops, that's not a credible source." But hey, it's the interwebz, we don't have to admit when we're wrong.
