However, as you've clearly stated, you do not have the training, knowledge, or experience to determine what amount of force is required to stop a suspect in a given scenario. To you it seems that this lady could have been handled in a softer, gentler way. Neo, if you don't have the need (or desire) to go above 125, check out the SV650. It is a GREAT bike for the twisties and the track. A v-twin is hard to beat once you've tried one. You can find some really nice examples for around 5k and customization options are endless.

Nobody said anything about your riding. I go there in June every year. PEAK riding season for the gap. During the R6/R1 and DAM biker rally and guess what... I stay off the gap during peak hours and have a blast. No, it isn't the super secret special road that it used to be, things change. Your obviously gracious personality should have enabled you to meet some locals that could have clued you in on the better roads in the area... or not.
