my parents house is for sale. $1.2m I think is what its listed at. 8-10 acres from what i remember. They are 30 mins from the airport and in Powell.

my STi had a middle built in booster seat. It pretty convenient when i had my little cousins in the car. Plus he was happy when i hit boost and he would say "Vroooooooom!"

Get an 08 STi...those things had loads of backseat space. Plus you get lots of trunk apace for all kinds of stuff. I LOVED mine, but it's no longer with us.

Just cause a dealership inspects it doesn't mean it's certified to have a rebuilt title right? I'd think the bureau would need to do the inspection to get it back on the road.
