I talked with my wife about this during the day. Me arriving at him being innocent has gone back and forth. Me thinking she’s telling the truth went back and forth. After seeing his testimony I could no longer believe she is talking about the same person that sat there. I don’t believe he did any of it. I guess this is where each person chooses a side. We are all seeing what we want in this situation. I hope they confirm him tomorrow.

The dems are seriously evil for weaponizing this movement. They created this smoke and tried to start a bonfire at the expense of a decent man and his family. His incredible record supports his testimony and does nothing but convince me that this was the dems nuke if they needed to use it to prevent his confirmation. This was embarrassing for them. He's been through more FBI background checks than he can count. He's spent a majority of his life in the public eye at the highest level and none of these allegations have been brought up until now, which JUST so happens to be one of the most important SC nominations in the last and future 30 years. I can now see the clear motivation of this bullshit. I suspect Im not alone in this conclusion....

People that lie tend to go into specifics of less important facts about a situation. They feel it makes them more credible. What would make her more credible is eyewitness testimony from someone other than her.....also if she and the other woman could positively confirm it was in fact him that did this..... neither of them can.

I was wondering that too - kind of a key thing no one wants to talk about... He’s been through the depth of background checks that the FBI will do...again....in this “investigation” the dems want so badly. The only issue is, it will bring them to the same conclusion they’ve arrived at time and time again. They only want it because of the stalling it creates. To me, that’s all I need to know about the dems motives here. They don’t give 2 shits about the sexual assault. They never did. They never will. It’s a weapon, not a cause.

There is a burden of proof here whether you like it our not. You do not get to weaponize the met too movement just to get your way. If you accuse someone of something horrible than you need to prove it or don’t accuse them. In our current culture, the MSM is deciding the fate of some rightly horrible people. BUT, there have been times in this movement when someone good was accused and MSM/Twitter/dems decide they are guilty and their lives are ruined. That is wrong. If Greg and Kerry are willing to considering Kav NOT guilty, then I will consider the fact that he is. If he did these things than he should admit to it and let’s all move on.

Anything that needs this much explaination on something so basic means you know your wrong. If he did it - there will be evidence. If he did not, there won’t be. It’s simple.

I’m assuming he didn’t do any of this until some evidence is brought forth to change my mind. Thats the way this system works. MSM should not make the decision for who the next SC Justice is. The appropriate people are investigating this, we will see how it pans out. If there is evidence that he did do these things, he should not be confirmed. The problem is it’s a he said she said accusation from 35 years ago. There is no way to confirm it happened based on the story Ford told. It’s the word of a federal judge vs. the word of a college professor that hates Trump. Don’t you see how this whole thing is fishy?

He will get confirmed - Dems are trying too hard and it’s showing. It’s sad they are weaponzing the me too thing. After Thursday’s hearing they will confirm him and the second accuser can take it to court if she wants. My guess is she won’t. She can’t even positively ID the person, circumstances and witnesses there.
