Yeah I know how they do that, and it does suck! I think that its a way for the Government to regulate the industry. They have an interest in the business, and that gives them a way to control things. Stops putting older cars back into circulation, so that people will have to eventually have to buy new. Bummer!!!

Evolved on High Street is supposed to do some great work. From what I have heard. They would at least worth taking a look at. One of these days I plan to buy a gun, and start shooting myself. Good luck, hope u get what your looking for!
