Nice price on the PC, let me know how you like it...I am in the market for a new inexpensive desktop since my old laptop is about ready to bite the dust. Would like a Mac, but can't justify the extra $$$ at the moment plus I already use my Ipad for darn near everything anyway. What all comes with the package, everything but the monitor right??

Verizon is WAY overpriced, once my contract is up next year I am out. They do have good service, as they should for what they charge you for it.

Still a good time...my buddy won 7k on a scratch off the other day...lol. He just bought a couple tickets won $100 on one and $7k on the other and he never plays.

Columbus makes pretty good $$$ compared to most then. I grew up in WV with mom being an elementary ed teacher in WV and dad in adult vocational across the river in OH. Dad did ok, 60k as a director for a rural school, but if I remember correctly mom was around 40k when she retired. I would love to have summers and weekends off like teachers, that to me would make the job appealing.

I can't get behind this bill...coming from a family of teachers. You make a good argument Ben and as a fellow Libertarian I know I should be on board but I just can't. Teachers, LEOs, and Firefighter/medics are grossly underpaid as it is IMO. I think that a solely performance based incentive system leaves too much open to as what is the acceptable level of performance...which I am sure will be decided by a political panel behind closed doors that has no idea what it is like to actually show up everyday and do these demanding jobs. A combined annual & performance incentive system I would support as I agree with the earlier post that they need not be mutually exclusive.

Sorry to hear about Maggie, just keep the memories alive in your mind and know that she will be waiting for you on the other side. Time will make it somewhat easier...and I agree with jagr, make sure you rescue another when the time is right to give another pup a good life.

Yeah good episode for sure. It's gonna be interesting to see how the alternate Olivia deals with the pregnancy and if Walternate uses it to drag Peter back to the other side. I wonder if Peter will pull a Walter and go to the other side and bring his son back to be with him and Olivia. I just love this show.

+1 Yeah I hated the figure 8, always felt like I was gonna dump the bike. I took the MSF on one of their Nighthawk 250's which are perfect for that. Good luck with the MSF class when you take it...it is well worth the $$$. Good choice for your first bike too, I started out on a 2004 Ninja 250.
