  1. This season was ok...left a lot of loose ends though. Like whatever happened to the goofy looking prospects?? What's going to happen with SamBel now?? What will Jax do with what he learned about JT while he was in Ireland?? How is Jax gonna pull the wool over the club's eyes and hide his cooperation with the FBI investigation?? There are a lot of storylines that need closure. The season finale had better wrap some of these up for the sake of keeping the storyline from getting out of hand. I forsee a split in the club being the story for next season, some members taking Jax's lead and maybe going legitimate (or nomad) and some people siding with Clay and staying a 1% club. I still think there is more to JT's story and death than we are being told, hopefully some light will be shed on this.
  2. I hope your theory is correct, I could go for no snow this year.

    "Fringe"

I love the show, all of the characters are great and Olivia is hot as hell. The alternate universe has been really cool this season and Walternate is a great villain. I can't wait to see how this season ends. I have heard the rumors that they are considering canceling Fringe...I would be so pissed. It is my favorite Sci-Fi show since the X-Files.
  4. Good for the cop, he worked hard to pay for his GSXR..he should have the right to defend it from some no-load piece of shit thinking he deserves it more than the guy who bought it. You couldn't pay me enough to live in that shit hole city.
  5. My boss has a Pacifica and his engine blew last winter. IIRC it was about $3500 to fix. His wasn't high mileage either fwiw.
  6. Extra hour of work sometimes I hate working 3rd shift.
  7. That thing is all kinds of badass!!!
  8. I like the looks of the ZX better than the Connie, but they are both great bikes. I was using the ZX14 as what i would consider a "comfortable" fast as hell sport bike. I would love to get a chance to ride a ZX14 someday, I sat on one and it felt good not cramped at all.
  9. You just described every rap song ever made....
  10. Oh yeah I like SS bikes as well, just given the choice I would ride something like the CB1000R over the CBR1000RR just from a comfort standpoint. That's just me, and I know I am in the minority. Ideally the best of both worlds to me would be a ZX14 with some bar risers lol.
  11. Yeah, I don't know why everyone seems to love their SS bikes so much and hate on naked and standards. The SS bikes are uncomfortable as shit for any distance riding, have more hp than you would ever need on the street, have costly plastics that have to be fixed with even the smallest tip over, and MOST lack the mid range power of bikes like the Z1k so you have to rev the shit out of them to get in the power band. They do LOOK pretty cool and generally have better suspensions from the factory, but they are impractical as hell for the majority of riders. That's just my opinion...not trying to hate on you guys and gals that ride SS bikes, I'm glad you enjoy your bikes. I just get tired of hearing people slam naked bikes and standard bikes as all being ugly, detuned, P.O.S.'s. I know it is a taste thing but I think if more people would give bikes like the Z1k, Speed Triple, Monster, Tuono, FZ8, Er6n, etc a ride they would enjoy them a lot. Now where did I put that flame suit....
  12. Only in California.... Government WAY overstepping it's boundaries, granted it's a small issue but enough of these little "issues" will add up over time. It's the PARENTS responsibility to ensure their child eats a balanced diet, wtf like the government has nothing better to do...like getting rid of all of the damn illegals polluting the communities they live in.
  13. That is a very nice bike!! The little details really make it "yours", I like it.
  14. +1 but I secretly desire a few Aprilia's.
  15. Hiring should be based on education and/or experience...end of story. Race should have no part of it.
  16. I know that, but the quote was from V for Vendetta...which as IP said was based "sort of" on the legend of Guy Fawkes...hence the masks.
  17. I agree!!! Plus year round riding in the sun...sign me up!!
  18. +1 His "hospital franchise tax" resulted in pay cuts that cost me roughly 8% of my gross salary. Good riddance Strickland.
  19. That was my predicament exactly. I actually voted for my number 2 choice to help keep the person I DIDN'T want as governor from winning.
  20. Voted early this morning after work, and +1 to Casper's post earlier...it sure was good to see the LP represented in so many races.
  21. That is an awesome bike!!! If they don't price it through the roof it should sell very well. Kudos to Honda for bringing over the CBR250 and the CB1000R!!
  22. I thought my dog could too until a small pack killed her, and she was no little pup. She was a 3 year old German Rot/Black Lab mix well over 100lbs. Effin Coyotes That was down in WV though and they are EVERYWHERE. People down there aren't quite as concerned with "laws" when it comes to shooting coyotes. I remember my old man blasting coons out of the trees in our backyard with a 20 gauge...in the dead center of town. lol
