  1. what is the obsession with the gays? these gay comments just came out from nowhere.

    Hilljacks.

They worry about catching the gay, but they'll still tell their buddies that they have a purdy mouth. We are, after all, close to West Virginia.

Squeal like a pig, boy. Squeal like a pig.

    Does anyone have a banjo?

  2. Whew!...for a moment I thought you were serious. The Warrior is already a sweet ride! BTW, I could swear you rode by my house a few days back. I live off of Easton near the Nimishillen twp line.

Heh... I think I rode past your house a few days back. In fact, I think I ride past your house everyday. Both your bikes are blue, right? I'm the guy on the rc51 or the xvs650 or 72 bmw. I live around the corner.

  3. Some people are getting together to go down for the M&G on Sunday morning.

Also down in Cbus area other riders seems they are gathering at Iron pony at noon and than ride to M&G.

Maybe we should go as a group to IP and go together to M&G........just a thought ..

I think curby and I are headed to the M&G. I believe the plan is to meet somewhere in Canton, and head down. Do you think anyone from up north would want to meet us there, and continue south?

  4. I'd stay away with anything with the 955 engine. I've met people that had 30,000 miles on them without issue, and then I've met some that were less fortunate. The 1050 engine has a much better record with reliability. A 1050 Sprint ST, or I would consider an FZ1. You can pick them up cheap new or used, they handle well, and have a reasonable amount of power.

  5. My top favs:

    1. PBR, can't beat the taste for the price.

    2. Anything from Rogue Brewery. They are located in Newport, Oregon. (yeah, I'm from the west coast) I've managed to find it in Ohio at the Cost Plus World Market in Canton, I have no idea about Columbus tho.

My favorite was the Skullsplitter Ale, but I think they quit making it.

You can usually find the Dead Guy Ale at World Market.

    3. Guinness. 'nuff said.

    4. Newcastle Brown Ale. I can usually find this one at Wal-Mart.

  6. +1, looks like they changed a couple actors out? If so, it'll ruin the movie :(

The new movie still appears to have Billy Connolly, Norman Reedus, and Sean Patrick Flanery. Rocco "the funny guy" died in the 1st movie. So it still has the orignial actors for the main characters. I didn't notice if Willem Dafoe was in the new one.

  7. Dude, that's funny right there...

Thanks Lost1888, for what you said. It was probably time we expressed that there are extremes on the street that are a bit too extreme. No matter what they are. I could only wish that cagers could understand that also, and stop texting/phoning/etc while driving.

As a former ZX9 owner, and having rode a Hayabusa, the handling compairson sent me into fits. Sorry.

  8. welcome,

so would that be a triple twin fetish?

i'm wondering what you think about the similarities and differences between tls' and rc51' ( in the mood for another bike)

if you see me on big red in southeast ohio wave me downnnn..

    jimmyc

I haven't owned the RC51 that long, although my overall impression is the RC51 is a superior machine to the TL. The seating position on the RC is a bit more cramped, and it lacks the low end punch of the TL. I dislike the hydraulic clutch as well. On the other hand, the suspension and brakes are much better stock for stock. High RPM power is much better on the RC... I'd say it's comparable to a TL1000R, if not a bit better. If the RC had been available in 1997, I probably would have bought it instead.
