The interior is in good shape, the body is the scary looking area. It looks at one time, they hit a deer on the drivers side but tried to fix it. The trunk is missing the spoiler, and seems to have been that way for a decent amount of time. It does have some rust spots developed on the rear fenderwells but the Hood, fender, and driver door skin are crinkled.

I have the availability to pick a up a rough WRX sedan manual with 221k for very cheap. My concern is what is typical costs for parts such as turbo, engine, trans, clutch, and time wise to do this work myself?
