  2. I know right where this is...Very nice lot, I do not believe it has septic as they are saying but the local contractor down there will put one in for you if it does not for $4,500. Close enough to the water that you can enjoy the view and you are probably a 5 minute golf cart/side by side ride to the marina. We currently keep our boat in Wolf Creek Marina which would be your closest option and we definitely like it there. Another huge plus if you are a drinker is that this end of the lake is wet, so they sell drinks at all the local lake restaurants. You get down towards Grider Hill and that area and it is a dry.

We need to talk about this.  I was speaking to a real estate agent about water front lots in Nancy and Monticello.  I'd like to hear some opinions of the area.

I would be more than happy to speak to you about any thoughts or questions you have...We absolutely love it down there. One thing I can tell you right now is if you are seriously thinking about it I would pull the trigger sooner than later. We have seen things start to get out of control price wise just in the last year. For example a guy I know purchased 7 acres with water front two years ago for $100K and just sold 3 of those acres off last month for $100k. Our little unknown gem is starting to get not so unknown.

  4. Awesome! I have a place in Nancy Ky on Lake Cumberland...I have currently only boated down there but plan to get the bike down soon as I have seen some awesome roads over the last year down there. If you get a chance check out the area, some great lodge type camping there with good roads and awesome hospitality!

I still haven't called, but my stepdad has a 14 f150 and he called the dealer and they gave it to him over the phone. He also locked himself out once and that's how he got in. The dealer service was not open on Sunday so I wasn't able to test that. I'll report back here after I eventually stop being lazy and call lol.

HUH let me know...when i tried to get the one for my old truck they had to scan. the new one of course came with the card in the manual.

Oh man, that's shitty 😂😂... That reminds me, I do have a touch pad for the code, but I got it used so I don't know it... I need to call the dealer today and see if they'll give it to me

You will have to take it to them and have them scan it to get the code, then you can set your own code. Key pad is all I use, I don't even take the keys with me anymore just leave them in the truck.

Trump bux has driven the price of everything up a good bit. Had a few offers for $1100 but it involved me hanging onto the bike/driving it up to Detroit/etc etc. Took 200 less to save the aggravation.

Guy I sold mine too drove down from Michigan to get it.

Didn't know you were building a lake house. You kinda dropped off the face of the planet.

Haha yeah i kind of did, got a lot of projects going right now but we definitely need to get together for a beer soon! Or if this weather ever changes and virus eases up you will have to bring the kids over for a swim and BBQ.

Shame to see you letting it go.

I agree bud but with the lake house starting to be built and everything I have going with work it just doesn't make sense to let it sit.

How new are the rims?  I'm assuming the rear is OEM, but the front was purchased when?  Was it new or was it a used one?  If used, what year?

    Edit (some more questions:

Looks like it still has the standard rear spring correct?

Any updates to the front springs or still OEM?

What main/pilot jets are in the carb?

Do you still have the OEM front?

Rim was purchased new when the bike was set up in I believe 2014...yes standard rear spring, fronts are stock with heavy weight oil. I do not have the OEM front. As far as carb I am honestly not sure. Bike was set up for me by Hoblick and then I was lucky enough to have a race mechanic. I would honestly just show up to the track, my bikes and trailer would be sitting there tuned for the week and ready to race, I threw my leg over went out to practice then came back in had my tire pressure adjusted while hot and then went out and raced. When done they went back in trailer and mechanic took home and prepped for next race.

  11. Here is your chance to own a championship winning OMRL race bike! Been thinking I would get a chance to get back on the track but with my son and everything else i have going I don't see it happening anytime soon so instead of this sitting it mise well go to someone that will use it. It will probably need a carb clean but not sure. It will go on other sites for $1,700 tomorrow. OR no haggle you come and give me cash and i give you bike price is $1,500.

Supposedly this helps with gas blowback.

Freaking things need to open up so I can get finger printed and send my shit in...

Only time I have had issues with suppressor blow back is on full auto. Never really noticed any with standard single fire shooting.
