  1. OMG..that's more than doubled in price.. "Cheaper than dirt is temporarily offline so we can mark everything up by 200-300%"
  2. STI if it's more a daily driver and willing to give up a bit on autox/track days. EVO if you can live with daily, better to mod, race, well, everything.
  3. It's usually X+1 IE: the 30+1 "rule" in ohio.
  4. I'll give them to you, approximately 55 grains at at time. :gabe:
  5. Race cars are cheap when you build them out of old server cases.
  6. Just had a flashback to Mr. Desperado. Newbs just got lost. Wow, CR is old.
  7. +1 For Briar, it's outdoors and is much nicer environment that being crammed next to people in stalls. If you have to go indoors, then Ohio Valley & Blackwing are both nice.
  8. Especially as you re talking about having the wastegate re-plumbed, I'd take it to a nice shop, IE: IPS who does custom fabrication stuff regularly. Too nice of a car, and a delicate of a task to leave to the hatter, IMO.
  9. Allow me to summarize for you: Nobody is impressed when you make outrageous claims about winning street races against people that raped you at an actual legal speed competition (1/4 Mile). As was stated about 50 times in this thread, CR doesn't condone street racing, and openly welcomes the active law enforcement officers on the board to help keep that in check. The more you continue to talk, the more you make yourself a target. "Hey, google xx & xx and you'll see me street racing some cobra and beating his ass". CR doesn't really need these type of idiotic claims being thrown around by a member. Just in case it wasn't clear before: NOBODY CARES OR IS IMPRESSED. CR hosts a bunch of legal, sanctioned events throughout the year where it's members come out and compete legally and can try to work their way up the board's tracked 1/4 mile ranking list. It's safe, fun, and an easy way of having goals and working up to beating your friends and holding a spot. If none of this interests you, do yourself a favor and STOP while you are ahead, and stop painting a giant target on your back. The LIST, in case you missed it. Currently dominated by a C6 Vette BTW. 10. I wouldn't bother with the AIR pump honestly. Their primary function is to get the cat up to operating temperature quickly. This is done more for emissions reasons, than actual cat longevity. Almost no new cars have AIR pumps, they just have a cold start enrichment cycled. For about 30 seconds, it runs an elevated idle and dumps tons of fuel to help kick start the cat. If your FD runs as rich as most do, you shouldn't have too much of a problem after a stab of the throttle or two. Oh, and definitively this: The MS cats are the only cats used on most high end builds.. Option C, and my personal favorite: Tell wife to live with it!
  11. You admittedly don't have the driver mod. You of all people, should look into a GTR, plus they are far harder to wreck, which is a huge plus.
  12. I was just offering to help. :gabe: Great purchase again man!
  13. God damn, be sure to get all the production rights. You could be driving a Veyron!
  14. This may be, the coolest story I've ever read on the internet. I hope you have the movie rights secured already.
  15. That's not as much funny, as it is inspiring. God speed little ford!

  17. That bridge pic is tits bro.
  18. Wow, long time no post man.
  19. Sweet, you are back. Thought maybe you cracked up the Vette again and were busy repairing it. At least this time you managed to spell Nissan correctly.
