No it is not. We will have 2 bands...QSL will donate 20% of your bill to the Military Working Dogs.

It is a great cause, you get to ride, listen to music, hang out with cool people, maybe win some money....What more could you want???

On the way back we did pass a few cars from OH with bikes on trailers...One had a blue, green and yellow (maybe a red one not sure) sport bike on the trailer. I was wondering if they were from this group.

I was the one riding passed you in the storm with the red full rain suit on....lol

I just rode 1000 miles on my FZ1 to the deals gap and back over the weekend and I must say I am in love with my Corbin seat. I did not have any pain whatsoever, not my a$$ and not my back.

With the stock seat, I was done after 2 hours...it is not the cushion of the Corbin, but rather the way the seat "cups" your butt! :-) I paid $284 and it was worth every damn penny!!!

That sucks...Hey if you want to, we are leaving in the morning too. Me, my hubby, our Chapter Prez and a Chaser Car. We live in Huber and had planned on leaving around 730. Let me know if you want to tag along.

I have met you briefly in Columbus maybe 2 yrs ago at some small event, I can't remember what it was. It was hella windy that day though. :-)

I know my posts have been pretty much ignored the last few times...I feel like a phantom... :-) But again, let me know if you want to roll down together.

Are all of you trailering the bikes down?  We are riding down in the morning with a chaser car. My first multiple day motorcycle trip. :-)

I guess Ohio truly will invade the gap. Our Green Knights Chapter is going down to meet up with other GK chapters.

Should be awesome! Haven't seen roads like this since we've left Germany! Keep the rubber side down!!!  :-)

Due to inclement weather our Bug Run last month had to be re-scheduled. It was 32F that day and windy...So hopefully we can get you to come out on 29 June for our event!

When I moved to the US 4 years ago, I ran into a lot of people that told me they were German but when I changed the language, they were like, "oh I don't speak the language". So that is when I found out that "I am German" and "I am German" do not mean the same thing over here. :-)

QuikAccord, if that is your heritage, it would be cool to speak it and go visit Germany.

I am german, if you have any more questions ask me.

I know the online translations kind of suck but with some imagination you can make out what it means. If you have questions about this, let me know I can translate it so it makes sense. :-)

Green Knights Military Motorcycle Club

•Quaker Steak & Lube, 3725 Presidential Dr, Fairborn, OH

•20 April 2013

•Registration: 1 pm to 2 pm

•Ride: 2 pm to 6 pm

•A Benefit Ride For Military Working Dogs "Not All Warfighters Wear A Uniform".

•$10 for first target, $5 for each additional target. Come sign up, tape your target on you or your bike and go ride anywhere you want. Be back by 6 pm to see who is the best bug magnet, closest to the bulls eye wins 15% of proceeds. There will be a 50/50 raffle.

•Ties will be broken by who splatted the biggest bug.
