  1. my friend just sent this vid to me... dude is CRAZY! (video is a year old, but it was my first time seeing it, sorry if this is a repost =) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XihQeZpwqpE
  2. what are you going to shoot? how far out are you going to shoot? and whats your price range? Schmidt and Bender is one of the top brands (it's like the Gucci of scopes) but with that comes price. For a good balance of quality and price i'd suggest a Night Force scope.
  3. expensive...but unique and nice... http://www.grovemade.com/
  4. went to the range (big darby creek shooting range) on sat. FNP shoots like butter. it shoot smooth, straight, and accurately. it's also amazing how little recoil i felt (for a .45) all in all i'm happy...now i just gotta wait for my mini red dot and look at buying a can...lol =P
  5. ^lol...i know, that was a big selling point for me...
  6. ^+1 no i agree...i want to help, but i also don't want to get in the way so if we had an idea of what jobs needed to be done on sat it would make figuring out who would be doing what and how many ppl would be needed easier.
  7. So what exactly needs to be done on sat? Can we get a breakdown of what needs to be installed? Electronics? Welding? etc.. i wanna help out, but not sure how much i'd be able to contribute. I mean i can turn a wrench and am ok with electronics...but beyond that i wouldn't be able to fabricate or weld anything...
  8. if you need simple manual labor, let me know i'm down to help out....
  9. i got it for a little under a grand.
  10. the case comes with the gun. i think it was specially made for the fnp-45 so i dunno how much it is by itself.
  11. you can file the pmags down. I have a POF lower and USGI mags would drop free no problem but pmags would stick. I sanded down some key locations and now my pmags drop free no problem. never had any FTF issues though with fully loaded pmags.... my friend has a RRA lower and pmags drop free and feed fine in his AR build without any modification to the magazines.
  12. case is an eagle industries case. i think it was made specifically for the FNP-45 tactical...but you can check out their website, they might have something similar... http://www.eagleindustries.com
  13. none of the above. I do work for the DoD as a government civilian though.
  14. ^lol...well i thought it would look better than just taking pictures on my carpet
  15. thanks for the comments...supposedly the empty slot in the bag to the left of the magazines is meant for a suppressor...too bad it doesn't come with one =( another nice feature is the slide is premilled to accept a mini red dot...
