  1. Until there is a machine to clean the trailer of, it's not happening. Workmans comp would have claims forever, for people falling off the trailers trying to clear them. I agree, there are a huge danger. I'm sure someone can find a vid of a semi trailer with 2 feet of snow on it hitting and over pass, and the snow bomb effect on the road after. I've seen it once or twice. It's actually impressive. But it's a huge mess.
  2. I am. That's where I grew up. I just text my family and asked them about a law. They all said there isn't one. I understand not all vehicles can be cleared off. I hate that semi's don't clear off the trailer. I completely understand why though. And big SUVs would suck too, like Chris said. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/FA78C57E-F9BA-4971-8BE7-A8D8E2035C9E_zps5ll1fsq6.jpg
  3. I'm thinking it's a bad lot, and they will make right on it. Cube, I hope you were on the phone with them first thing this morning. Please update when you can. I have shot quite a bit of there ammo and order from them often.
  4. Andy, I didn't realize you had that many cars. Time for a bigger stable. If it's the daily driver, paint care is going to take a hit with just common driving. I know your level of paint care and that makes it more of a priority than 99.99% of the people out there. I can't relate in that aspect. Hell, the paint on my daily is better than the paint on the car I protect the most. Paul, I don't like that YOU got a ticket. However, I LOVE that they give out a ticket for this. Please tell us more about what the cop said to you and the amount of the fine.
  5. Someone who cares that much about paint, I would assume does not park outside at night.
  6. If you park outside, please take the time to clean the snow off your car before you get on the road. I always see people with a little port hole to look through, like they are driving a tank. Then, they pull out in front of you and create the snow comet of death for everyone around them.
  7. Came in here looking to read a Ford 7.3 swap or a cummings. Regardless, looks like a fun project for your interest. Enjoy. Looking forward to the updates.
  8. That's the only one I recognize. My dad use to work for a machine shop that manufactured these. His just was to put the finishing touches on them after sharpening them with a diamond wheel.
  9. It does suck. I've very interested in what they say when you contact them. I've had the same thing happen with winchester .308, and I use it as an example in classes. This is the first I have seen of any type of fail from them. Please update us soon.
  10. I know this sounds too easy, what does the oil cap say? Our 2015 says on the cap what oil to put in, and it is synthetic. Or what does the manuel say? Pro's and con's are going to depend on your intent with the car. If I was selling in 3 years or it was a lease, conventional. If anything proformance orianted was intended or long term ownership, go synthetic after break in miles. Con, synthetic will cost a bit more.
  11. Let's sit down and talk. You're making me upset. If you're not happy and have had bad experiences with maintenance issues, a skateboard is going to sound appealing. I thought you were at least bolt on's and a tune. That's all I am and I get 23.7 MPG in the city and 26.4 on the highway with cruise at 73mph. There is 90,000 miles of difference in our cars. Your HG and oil issue would piss me off too. This year he added a truck to his mix. I still have a plan for a utility vehicle of sorts. 5-10 years ago, we had no function or interest for those types vehicles. Blah Blah Blah, you get what I'm saying. In the end, just like the 50 "what car should I get" threads on here. You have to get what works for you and your priorities. Going to detroit is a great collection of what's new, to help you make an informed decision. Now I'm waiting to hear from you what peaked your interest from the show, and why. FYI, my buddy went this week. He was texting more pics of the spokesmodels than the cars. So, I'm sure CR wouldn't mind seeing them as well as the cars.
  12. I'm not sure where my write up went in this thread. I ditched cable about 6 weeks ago. Internet only, with HD amp antenna's. I have Netflix and Amazon Prime. Amazon is more for shipping, we rarely watch anything there. Roku is in the bedroom and xbox in the living room. We picked up a smart tv for the living room, so rarely use xbox for streaming. The HD antenna's were $18 at Micro Center and work like they should. We were paying $108-$120 a month with cable. Now we pay $49 for internet and $8 for Netflix, and Prime works out to about $8 a month. $66 a month and we have plenty to watch. Glad we did it.

This is still the 12 hour NRA Basic Pistol class needed to submit for CCL in Ohio. There is extensive emphasis on marksmanship and one on one training. We cover all the NRA needs me to, and add much more. This is a one day course, so you get it done, and over with. Please PM me to get in the class or for any questions. As always, if you are interested in setting up a class with your family and friends, PM me to set something up. Couples, PLEASE do all you can to come together. We want you both on the same page, as shown by the discount. CR rate is $75 per person + $25 for gun rental and ammo, if needed Couples are $125 + $25 for gun rental and ammo, per person if needed Non CR rate is $100 per person + $25 for gun rental and ammo, if needed Couples are $150 + $25 for gun rental and ammo, per person if needed. We commit to making sure you are trained. If you do not pass the range portion, we will retrain you, at no cost, other than gun and ammo use if needed. If you don't pass the written test, we will work with you so you can pass it, at no cost. If you just don't like how I teach and don't want to retrain, I'll give you your money back and you can be on your way. At this time we have not intention of going to a shorter class time of less than 12 hours. We have reviewed our course material and feel cutting information covered does not serve the student best. Also, if you were a student of my course prior to May 2013, you are invited to attend any current class, free of charge. There is new material and technique being taught. Please message me for details or with questions you may have. http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l284/dsnowgod/0ED2FA9F-5384-4D0A-989E-622491238066_zpsyu3zxc2y.jpg
  14. Thanks for the kind words, Aaron. Howard and I really enjoy doing these clsases. Your family was great to work with. I had to pause your dad from shooting, so we could watch your mom hit the steal target, 70' down range. That was AWESOME! I think I was smiling bigger than she was. Thanks again for joining us Aaron.
  15. No. But since you were not familiar with it, I linked many pics for you to look at to learn about them.

7:45, theater 14. My wife was wiping away tears at the end. It's a very motivating and tough movie to watch.

Saw it last night also. The movie was great. What I'm most pleased with, were the patrons at the theater we went to, Easton IMAX. I didn't see one person get up the whole movie. Not for food or to go to the bathroom. There was no talking or whispering that I saw. And, when the movie was over, no one said one word. It was like every one was honoring a monment of silance. I was very impressed by a group that size and what I viewed as the level of respect given.
  19. Description said prep meal and be able to start the oven before u get home with meal already in the oven.
  20. Lights, door locks, kitchen stove, and programable hot water heater to wifi is coming soon. They also make an outlet plug in, whatever is plugged into it you can turn on and off. So Brian is right about bring able to control your mums manic wand.
  21. $130 doesn't seem bad. Shorten the showers, don't use the dish washer, hang cloths around the place to air dry, and check weather stripping around outside doors and windows for a good seal.
  22. That is why I was alway worried about messing with this stuff. I didn't know what did what, well enough to not mess it up. This kind of makes it fail safe, and was a clean install. This $4 piece was worth $20 to me for ease of use and safe install.
  23. What the hell did he he plug into? I'm plugged into the light around the ignition. I'm actually posting from in the car, plugged into the detector while it's doing updates.
