  1. 71between Polaris and Morse is always a favorite hangout for CPD, seeing the 2 wheelers patrolling more there as well. State boys are usually more north towards 36.
  2. Lots of these places don't even have a warehouse or stock of any kind. Just a handful of people with computers, they take your order, THEN they call a distributor or whoever they can get it from. They either drop ship it from whoever has it, or ship it to them then ship it to you. The .com's that have these crazy low prices have little to no profit margin, add in shipping and they're out of business in a year. Or less. I'd rather support someone local or at least in-state. Sure it might be a little more, but you know who you're dealing with, and much less hassle than what they've put you through.
  3. Rode the Ness Crossroads at the Pony demo last year. Handled like a dream, comfy as a Lazyboy, and MORE than enough power to get you anywhere in a hurry. Sound system rocked out too, not that having music is a priority when riding. That was the first time I've ever ridden with music. Again, nice feature, but I prefer to hear my bike and what's around me. I'd definitely do the Victory over any other mid size baggers.
  4. I remember working for the biggest bike dealer in central Ohio about 6 years ago. They had the big 4 metrics on the floor, easily 150 bikes in there. ELEVEN helmets and 5 jackets. That dealership is a day care center now. Iron Pony has more helmets on the floor to try on than most helmet companies have in their entire warehouse. I've purchased all my lids there.
  5. Amen!! I don't see Kirk or MSS taking bags out to your bike to make sure they fit, or that the helmet you're thinking about matches your bike paint. Support places like Pony.
