  2. Having sold this bike when they first hit the market, I can tell you first hand the number of 1st timers that HAD to have it. Then waiting about an hour for the phone call from them that they had either eaten a guard-rail, or were standing at a traffic light after winding it up, dumping the clutch and watching the bike go skipping down the pavement ass over end without them on it. Yeah, no way, no how.
  3. Read info on their website. Pretty cool design. Some serious thought went into these to limit recoil and muzzle recoil. What it doesn't say is where the heck can you buy one? Direct? Only saw distibutors listed.
  4. I think they turned out REALLY nice. Nice bling to the over-all look of the bike.
  5. Poker Chips from the Third Reich casino Hitlers Palace.
  6. 8, try the regular visor. Both the regular AND the Bell photo shield are SUPPOSED to be treated with Bell's anti-fog. Not sure why the photo would do what you described. Pinlock is currently NOT making anything for Bell products at this time. Shoei, Nolan, Arai, HJC, KBC, Scorpion and some Euro brands yes, but Bell hasn't made the list yet. Might have to do some shield engineering and make it work!!
  7. I'd go with the first set of flames you posted. More traditional. As soon as you go with something like the 2nd set of pics you posted, it starts to look like every other Ultra/Super/FLHWTF that forego a mortgage payment for their bitchin paintjob. Gonna look sweet tho.
  8. Had they had a power commander on the Monte Carlo, this would have never happened.
  9. I'd just show him the red bike from the pics and say "make me THIS!!" super sweet.
  10. All I know is sometimes you have to pay a little more when you're stuck. The last time I called AAA for a bike tow from the side of the road, I only had to sit there for 2 and a half HOURS while they located a tow company that even knew how to strap a bike down. When they DID show up, Jethro and Clem weren't my first choice of who I wanted strapping my bike down to their flatbed, but again, when you're stuck, you're stuck. The fact that Pony was willing and able to come and get you, regardless of whether you were at the end of their driveway or 20 miles away is a blessing in itself. What time of day was this? Try calling the local American V twin dealer around town on a Friday night for an emergency pick up and tire change. All you'll get on the other end of the phone is crickets. I'd have happily paid for this "inconvenience" of needing a tire put on pronto. It's December, we're riding all day and night, I'd say it was worth it. I agree with the other poster too, who else this side of the Mississipi is going to have the tire you have in stock, ready to go? Juuuust sayin....
  11. PLEASE COME OUT AND SUPPORT OUR FRIEND AND MY OFFICE TEAMMATE!!! GO WARRIORS!!! SEE EVERYONE TOMORROW!!! KennyB
  12. Saw this the other day. LOVE IT. Kind of "street-glide"-ish but for 11000 dollars less. 1 please.
  13. Parking lots behind Carriage Place, Bethel and Sawmill. You might have to didge a UPS truck here and there, but usually not too crowded.
  14. 20 rounds thru my LCP, seems a little small, but will definetly get the job done within 10/15 feet. Little bit more kick than I thought it was going to have. Much prefer S/W M&P 9mm, but takes up more room.
  15. Yeah, not being a price war complainer, just bought the same gun and same ammo for 300 out the door. He needs to bring it down a little.
  16. 1 more thing, Aquaphor Healing Ointment, any drug store has it, and anti-bacterial soap. You'll won't have much scabbing, keep it clean and lubed up, will look awesome in a week.
  17. 4 hours on the shoulder down to the short sleeve, no biggie, minimal pain. Shading needles, meaning multiple needles are where you MIGHT feel a little sting, but once you get used to the buzzing of the needle, again, you'll be fine. I've gotten both shoulders and bicep areas done, wrist last week, I just zone out and ignore the needle. Don't hype yourself up. Plenty of water, eat a decent meal before you go. You can talk to Octane about anything, my artists are great listeners and we talk about everything. Awesome tribute piece. I know people that have had Octane do their work, great artist, good choice.

    quads

Quick, no, I think they actually stole them Saturday night, not stashed since yours got taken. I COULD be wrong on that, but that's the way I understood it from the police, that they were taken that night. They had 2 of them on my street, I think that may have been it. Of course the kids got away, apparantly they saw the block watch truck and took off. I did see a CPD wrecker come and haul them away!! I have the block watch guys card and number at home if you want to call him, let me know, I'll PM it to you. kb

    quads

So I come home from grocery shopping last night around 9:30pm to find CPD and a block watch person on the side of my house and a stolen quad. Apparantly some youths in the area cut a certain hole in a certain fence of a dealership in the Cleveland Avenue/Morse Road area and made off with 2 to 4 quads, 2 of which wound up on my street. Interesting. Here we go again!!!
  20. Nice shop in uptown Westerville, and there's the place on Cleveland Ave/270 that has a decent selection too.
  21. Keep in mind, west coast water temp around turkey day or x-mas will keep you on the sand and out of the water. Nice beaches, and the forest would be cool as well.
  22. World, Cedar Point is 3 times bigger than "land"
  23. Golden Needle, corner of Karl and Morse in the Patio Shops.
