Went from a pack a day, started the patch this morning around 6am and have yet to touch a cig today. The patch so far is helping me a lot, I even had everyone at work ask me to go smoke and I said Nope.. Felt really good. Now I am starting the coughing and it sucks

Yeah health reasons are my #1 reason to quit, money for how much they cost is #2, plus I want to get back in to running and def couldn't do it while smoking.

Yeah I agree, they used waaaaayyy to much CG, and green screen on this one. The only cool part was at the beginning, and the funny part has to be when the street signs spin around saying "Cars Suck". I thought that was pretty funny.

I have been smoking for over 4 years now, and I decided yesterday to quit. I am trying out the Nicoderm patch because I have tried prior to quit cold turkey with failed results. Has anyone else quit or tried to quit??? If you have quit and no longer smoke, what techniques did you use to kick the habit???

Just listened to the news this morning for South of Pittsburgh area and we are suppose to be looking at around 4-6 more inches added to the snowfall here already by this afternoon. All I can say is, is it Spring yet?!?!? LOL

Well considering that Biker Boyz, and Torque are the only movies really out there that are based strictly on a sportbike storyline makes it tough choosing which movie you love the most. I think they both were bad, but I still love to watch them. Especially because riding right now in this weather really isn't an option.

Agreed.... This cold weather isn't helping and neither did seeing Biker Boyz on TV.. It made me laugh seeing it when I scrolled through the channel guide.

Grew up riding MX bikes, bought a '96 YZF600RJ when I was 19, bought the bike before looking into insurance. Had to sell it because the insurance cost to much. Just before I turned 24, the car I use to own turned out to be a lemon. Sold it, and decided that I would go for a new bike this time. Checked the insurance first then in June 09 bought a brand new 2008 GSX-R 600 and have been happy ever since even though I no longer have a car. LOL The reason I choose this bike was the look, feel and what I had heard from friends who owned Suzuki's prior and they loved them.
