  1. I paid $7400 plus tax for a brand new 2005 Suzuki V-Strom DL1000...then turned around and put $6800 in extra on it. Yep, I sure as fuck did...and I loved that bike, and I still miss it from time to time... Passion.
  2. Concealment is totally overrated...
  3. I see...my bad, lol. I forget sometimes that this is a motorcycle forum... If you want a pistol designed to be fired wearing gloves, get an HK Mark 23. In a drop leg holster, it makes for a daunting image to those who may wish you hard.
  4. Just curious why you're wearing(testing) with gloves?
  5. I drove home from Hilton Head SC yesterday, hit the WV Turnpike around 2100, almost immediately found myself being passed by a Sheriffs Deputy in a Ford Explorer. For almost the entire Turnpike, it was he and I, most of the time I had my cruise set at 80MPH(actual speed 78MPH). It was just me, him, and some trucks. Best run I ever had through the Turnpike. Hilton Head SC to Dublin Ohio, just over 10hrs, and that's counting stopping twice.
  6. Try Baby Signing Times on CD for the entire drive to Hilton Head SC... Thankfully, I'm driving home alone!
  7. Assuming you were not in the act of committing a crime, and just minding your own business...why would a officer demand your pistol, or even be talking to you (know you are carrying ((unless open carrying)))? If you're going to argue, at least read what i typed/linked, so you can have a valid argument.
  8. The law that i quoted may not be the specific one that gives them the ability to disarm you, but because it says "demand", they can.
  9. Pursuant to a request or demand. Demand. There is no argument.
  10. Wrong. At the end, read section G. http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2923.12
  11. In the state of Ohio, a LEO can disarm you. Make no mistake! Arguing can get you killed.
  12. The question is, can a motorcycle cop legally ram a car to get him to stop...
  13. Nevermind...I googled it...
  14. Excuse my ignorance...but why is it more expensive to execute someone than to imprison someone for life?
  15. Obviously, I've not ridden it, but I have seen it...and it's as clean or cleaner than you'd find one new.
  16. With Caspers permission, I'm listing this bike for a good friend of mine I know through the Subaru Community. I can personally vouch for him, and how particular he is! 17. I put 20k miles on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon in one year...not a single problem.
  18. Jesus walked on water...but Chuck Norris can swim through land. Don't fuck with the Chuck!
  19. Truer words have never been spoken...
  20. I truly regret selling(basically giving away) my 2005 DL1000 V-Strom. I had a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in that bike! I meet several new friends by having that bike, including Pokey...who's one of my best buds...and he's a throttle body synching fool! After he got it running right(ran like shit from day one), he was the only one brave(or perhaps dumb) enough to reach through my crash bars to adjust the TB's. Maine to Georgia, and everywhere in between, that bike took me there! Lot's of great memories! I often wonder how she's doing...
  21. Strippers gotta come from somewhere...
  22. One of my former bosses had a 944 turbo, and unless you've driven one, you don't have any idea how well of a handling car this is. It's still used as a benchmark in the handling department...and not many cars have ever exceeded it. If I had another garage space, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. GLWS, DLBTS(doesn't look beat to shit)!
