Of course freight railroad is subsidized by the government...freight railroads are needed for this country to survive. Would you like to guess the amount of trucks just one train takes off the public roads? Imagine if all railroads stopped operating tomorrow, and all freight was transferred to trucks. You think 270 is bad at times now...

Really. North out of Marysville to Ridgeway, west to Sidney, then south to Cincinnati. There is a line south of Columbus that runs straight to Cincinnati...it's NS though, and I'm CSX.
When I go to Cincinnati, I go right through Piqua. The track speed is 25MPH(City Ordinance), but for now on I'm going 10MPH. Tell me what kind of car/bike you drive, and if I spot you, I'll stop for a while...
