  1. Super gangster dude! Give me a call if you would like another set of hands to help with the bazzaz install, when I put mine in it helped that my GF has tiny hands lol. I'll probably be giving you call when I come back to Ohio and have you educate me on tires for my 1kRR.
  2. Went to the iron pony with my girlfriend yesterday (she was buying a helmet) and she surprised me by buying me my birthday present. So I decided to go with the sena smh10r headset/intercom system. First impressions: very very low profile, easy to use buttons (I wear thicker teknic full gauntlet gloves), and sound quality is great. I had her get next to me in her car and spun the 1000 north of 100mph for a breif second and kept asking if she could hear me and to my surprise, she could! I couldn't hear anything other than the majestic sounds escaping through my arrow gp pipe however. Might switch the system over to my rkt101 carbon helmet though and see how well the quakity works as that helmet flows a massive amount of air. Its currently put in my scorpion exo1000 and I hate that helmet but, its warmer on cool nights.
  3. cars, carts, bikes, and boats all make me smile.
  4. I see there are multiple opinions on this matter, and I can see from both sides. I do tend to agree with Brian though, I am not sure I would ever want to track my couch at CRP....but a mini bike would be a completely different story.
  5. I did the corner 9 suite package deal thingymajigg and it is worth every penny, just as an FYI for people reading this and have already started planning out next year. Free breakfast, lunch, snacks, and of course, drinks. It was also nice to have a nice A/C to cool off after spending majority of the day in the sun, and then they also had a free gear check so your stuff didnt need to get left on your bike or burden you by making you tote it around all weekend. We also had corner 9 grandstand seating(right next to the Ducati tent) and it included paddock passes and such. I will have to get my pictures put up when they are off the camera(s). Sorry about the hijack! Edit: also gets you the ride on the track ticket! And they dont care to much about the 30mph limit written on the back of the ticket
  6. You guys have me convinced! I am going to try and get into one of the novice days in September, who knows, maybe the woman will get it for me for my bday coming up...
  7. tbh, 55 doesnt seem fun to me. But I understand what you are saying. I just dont want to let the speed racer part of my persona get the best of me and I wind up in the kitty litter
  8. sweet thanks. I may try and get into one of the track days in september at mid ohio
  9. I have been thinking about doing a track day for a while now, and am curious to know about them a little bit. I am not overly confident in my riding but it is my understanding that these will help with it. How hard do you get pushed? I really don't want to take a chance on laying my bike down, but I want to enjoy the day.
  10. I can personally vouch for the quality of this bike. Sad to see it go man.
  11. Has anyone seen this or heard about these guys? www.escapetheapple.com This is something I would want to take a week and do
  12. I have a stock exhaust off of my old 2009 cbr600rr. I hand polished the muffler when I had it, but it doesnt have a shiney mirror finish. Can text pictures if interested.
  13. Had my bike tuned last night by Brian. I have had my bike for a little over a year and this is the first time that I can honestly say that I am 100% happy about where my bike is right now. He was able to get me into his shop for a tune last night despite me being available at a very inconvenient time. Great conversation and he actually explained to me what was going on during the process instead of just telling me what time I could pick it up. Looking forward to my next mod simply so I can get back in there. Thanks again dude, words cannot show how appreciative I am for the work last night.
