    This morning at 4AM I'm awakened by the Dublin Police...

    Some low life motherfucking bastard smashed in my driver side window on my WRX...stole my wallet(only $6 in it and a couple cards)...rummaged through my car(nothing else of value in it)...took my Owner Manual, and proceeded to leave the door of my car open. Upon finding nothing of value in the Owners Manual booklet keeper, they ditched it on Emerald Parkway. A driver spotted the books...gathered them up, saw my name and address, and called the cops.

    So...I want some type of alarm.

    Nothing super fancy...just dependable, reliable, and most importantly...I want someone who's trustworthy to work on my car.

    Any recommendations?

    Seriously...this trip is one of my dreams to do...but next year is out due to my wife and I are expecting in late April.

    2012, that would be a lot more do-able.

    And...the only way I'd do it is if I was staying on the Island. You can get a room at a bed and breakfast...you've just got to book a year ahead.

    My wife and I found a lady that specializes in Ireland trips when we did our trip earlier this year...and I've already asked her about the Isle of Man...and she assured me she could get us something.

    So...how about 2012!!!

    $1500 for Hotel(for a week) and roundtrip airfare would be cheap...although I've not researched it...it just sounds cheap is all I'm sayin...but more importantly...HELL YES MOTHERFUCKER I'M DOWN!!!

    I believe cars are best for straight line power, and bikes are good for both. I never consider cornering when I want a powerful car. Balls out power is my 4 wheel choice.

    You've never ridden(or driven) a Subaru STi...or even a WRX that's set up properly.

    Take any curvy road...take away the bikes ability to go WFO on the straight stretches...and I'll keep up or lose any bike on the road...curve for curve.

    Join COS(Central Ohio Subarus)...and every Friday night we meet at Byers on Sawmill Rd.

    Anything and everything you want to know about Subarus will be there.

    Previous piece of shit...#4 Ringland at 10K miles(sold it with it running like shit...new buyer knew of potential problem).

    I paid $34,800 OTD w/ 0% interest in Dec. 08(MSPR was $40K) when Subaru had their HUGE discounts...and sold it for $31,500 a year later...so I came out OK.

    Some bitch in Powell in a CRV almost took me out yesterday.

    She was making a right hand turn into my direction of traffic(two lanes for the direction)...I was in the left hand...does she turn in the right lane...NO...the bitch comes right over into my(left) lane. Then, to add insult, we get stopped side by side at the red light...I hold my hands up like WTF...she just shrugs her shoulders like I don't know...

    If I was five years younger...I'd have pulled that bitch outta that CRV on the spot!!!

    Seeing as how this has gone 9 pages...let me add my Hello to the list!!!

    As far as first bikes...my recommendation...SV650.

    It's a great little bike without being too little...they run forever...and can be had cheap used.
