Both batteries had some juice, but not enough to turn it over. Then I put that stupid battery charger on and then I got nothing on both bikes. I know something fried in both my bikes, I just don't know what.

I'm embarrassed to say it did the same thing to my GSXR 600. My project bike. It was running pretty good and i hooked it up to my charger. Same thing happened. I guess I toasted that battery or something else too. I really appricate all your comments and suggestions. I'll have to dig up my volt meter and do some tests.

I'm sorry dude. I really am. It's been a very long time since I've been on this forum. I posted some real asswipe, stupid, asinine posts. I was drinking heavily back then and smoking a lot of pot.

I've been clean for almost a year. no alcohol, no pot, just adenine.

I looked for blown fuses, I didn't check the wires very closely. Thanks for the response, I'll check the wires.

Let me preface this by saying I'm a dumb-ass. My battery was dead on my 1995 Honda Magna 750, carb, not fuel injected. So it tried to charge it with a 10 amp 12 volt marine battery charger. I figured 12v is 12v. Obviously I did something very stupid. After I did that I have nothing when I turn the key to on/start, no lights nothing. I checked all the fuses I could find and none of them are blown. I downloaded the manual and read it. My only guess is that I need to replace the voltage regulator? Is that what needs to be replaced? I'm at a loss here and any help or enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.

Not trying to pry or say your lying but how bad was this disorderly conduct for fighting? I got the exact same thing on Halloween a few years ago cuz a guy dumped a beer on my fiancé and her friend at a party and it was only a $50 ticket with no court appearance required.

Oh no....they charged me with a felony, I paid $3,400 for an attorney and got it bumped down to a "disordly conduct" after many court hearings. I coped a pea.

I am going to get the charge sealed, it's a "disordly conduct" conviction in pickawy county. But I'm on probation for a year...on probation you cannot own a firearm. I sold my three guns. I have a little league aluminum base ball bat. I'm pretty good with that....lol

I can't own a firearm, and I don't due to ridiculous leagal reasons (mistameanor for fighting) BUT, I still need to protect myself!

Thinking about a good tactical crossbow. That is the only thing I can think of. Maybe a crossbow pistol? What options do i really have to protect myself? I would suggest a 94-03 Honda Magna 750. It's a Honda, it's a cruiser, bulitproof reliability, incredibly comfortable riding position, insurance is cheap and it has 90hp and 55ft lbs of torque. It is very fast for a cruiser. Of course I am biased because I own one. Almost 50k now and not a thing has gone wrong with it
