  1. Statistically you have a MUCH better chance of getting killed or injured in a car than by any other means of transportation with the one exception being a nitro methane powered unicycle (obviously). Motorcycles are of course more dangerous than a car in any accident, they are not practical, they suck in the rain or cold, and they give you perpetual "helmet head", and if you ride for too long you will also get monkey butt that no "powder" can heal....... BUT they have insane HP to weight ratios = fast, tons of fun, and it feeds the little rebel in all of us. That's why I ride ;-)
  2. Welcome!! Love the rat rod!! Don't worry, if they let the likes of people like me in this place you ain't got nothin' to worry about ;-)
  3. Glad you didn't give up on the little guy, and now he's your buddy ;-) He is a cool little pooch with a cool name.
  4. Welcome!!! I normally don't like tinted headlights or tail lights at all, but for some reason it works on your ride, looks pretty cool.
  5. Welcome to CR!!! If you block out the assholes, don't listen to the boneheads, and completely ignore about 89% of the people and posts on this forum, it still might make you cry, but there is fun to be had from time to time ;-)
  6. I've seen a bunch of stock Challengers on the road and I think they look odd. They put like 20" rims on it and it make the profile of the car way too high. Sports cars are supposed to be low and wide, theirs looks skinny and high. I saw a new Camero next to one and Chevy got the "stance" of the car correct. It looked much better than the Challenger side by side. 18" wheels and a decent lowering kit would do wonders for what could be a cool car, but bone stock looks rather silly.
  7. I always thought that ported S/C sounded louder anyway don't they? Seems like a no brainer.
  8. Just for a heads up!!!! If you read on the internet that this fish, if inserted into your rectal cavity will bite your enlarged prostate and slowly drain it of all the evil fluids, you may want to reconsider. It doesn’t exactly work as advertised. I also thought the staff at the ER could have been a little more sympathetic. I’ve never seen so many people laughing with camera phones…..
  9. Those kind of numbers on a stock bottom end? How long will that last?
  10. The iPhone is the shit. Verizon sucks.
  11. That's a bold statement. And you are absolutely right.

    2012

Skinner is right, that is just the date the calendar ends. The Mayan calendar was created in 3372 BC. Now tell me this, If you were making a calendar today, how far in advance would you make it? 5000+ years seems like a safe bet, and I think the Mayan's felt the same way. Look at your computer. Most calendars on PC's will only go to 2100. Does that mean the world will end then if we make it past the 2012 deadline?
  13. The amount of custom fabrication in that build was truly incredible. And the work was all first class. They basically built an entire car. I love seeing all out custom work like that. Really impressive and no doubt incredibly expensive.
  14. That Lambo is about the best the supercar world has to offer and is more than twice the price of Vette, yet the Vette hung with the Lambo the entire time. Pretty impressive. But for half the price of the new ZR1 you can get a used Z06 and throw 10k into the engine and suspension and have a car equal car to the ZR1. Or for half the cost of a hopped up Z06 get a Turbo Hayabusa and just blow everyone on the road away ;-)
  15. Remember when Chuck Liddell got knocked out by Rashad Evans? He went stiffer than a porn star overdosing on Viagra. Almost scary to watch. That poor kid in the video was so lethargic even before the "fight" I'm surprised he had enough energy to lift his arms. And he was so slow in reacting to the punch it was like taking candy from a baby. Good knockout and video find, I was entertained!!!
  16. Now THAT would be a great picture!!!
  17. I'm a true animal lover and think what happened to the dogs in his "care" was appalling and despicable to say the least. But after 23 months in federal prison, Millions in attorney fees, court cost and retribution (MOST of the dogs in question are doing very well, and he paid for their recovery), he has paid his debt to society and should be able to play football. He won't be playing for at least the first six games, but from what I understand is eligible to play in the pre-season. His past and personal life aside, he is an amazing player, and I will watch a game he is in. I also believe in Karma 100%. What comes around goes around. If he were to die a horrible slow death from ass cancer then there would be justice in the universe ;-) Here is a reminder of his work.... http://bitterqueen.typepad.com/.a/6a00d8342adfcf53ef01156f891b32970c-800wi
  18. Not the smartest design that's for sure, but after you clean out that heat exchanger, it should make a big difference in your intake temps. Post some pics after you clean it
  19. A classic example of why inbreed pregnant mothers should not smoke crack and live to close to a nuclear power plant. Your child may come out a complete dinglefuck like this guy.
  20. Proof positive that even incredible dumb-asses with no taste can weld. I've seen better looking things floating in my toilet bowl after a weekend in Mexico.
  21. What ever happened to the good old days of breaking up? When all you had to do was to say: "I break with thee, I break with thee, I break with thee" and then you throw dog poop on her shoes. "Then my friend and I got to the crazy swinging singles bar and look for the girls with the dog poop on their shoes" -Steve Martin
  22. Does it shoot through schools like a .88 magnum can? :bangbang:
  23. I picked up these SP1 boots at the Pony along with leather pants with armor in their "clearance" section. The boots were $75, and the pants were $60. Both feel very comfortable. http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z164/shankroidbeast/pants.jpg
  24. I thought it was amazing to get 193hp out of just 1000cc N/A. Combine that with all their electronic advancements and the thing weighs just 404lbs dry. Doesn't really matter what the front looks like, most will only see the back of the bike anyway. And as for the front it is a bit off kilter a bit, but so was the Millennium Falcon...LOL
