Not true, my 08 GSXR is cheaper than my wife's 07 600rr and my 07 R6 to insure. Not sure why that is, but it works for me.

I had an undisclosed Harley Davidson dealer employee explain to me yesterday that the BMW S1000RR is nothing compared to the Hayabusa with all the advanced technology like power modes. I just kind of laughed and agreed that the Hayabusa is way better especially at cornering.

I found a motorcycle magazine from the early 90s and noticed that the specs for liter bikes were similar to 600s of today. They get faster almost every year.

Got to watch out if you pull over/slow to let the crazies pass. I had an instance where I slowed and tried to let a crazy pass, and he eventually flew past me and waited at the next intersection (no stop required for me) to pull out in front.

I get 45-50mpg at 80-90mph according to my instrument cluster. It's kind of weird how the mpg fluctuates around that speed, I think it has something to do with the ram air impact.
