This is the main issue for the suit I think. She is going to say they did not catch this, hence blaming the tech people. Is she in the wrong for running a car that did not have this? Fuck yes. A TH350 can be built to take as much as you throw at it. My dad ran one in his race car for years before he went to a glide. Lots of places build them, Rossler up in your neck of the woods does great work. From what I understand there are a few adjustments that will need to be made, but bang for your buck that is the route to go. I looked at going the TH350 route until I talked with a few people and it won't work well for me. Since my car will still see a lot of street duty I stuck with something that has OD.

I looked at the SIII and the HTC One when I got my phone. They both are pretty close but the SIII has a battery that can be replaced and has an SD card for expandable memory. That is what sold me on it. Overall I am very happy with the phone, granted I don't get all crazy rooting, poking, stroking, or modding it. Box stock it is much better than my wife's iPhone.
