So far looking at full basment or slab from the sound of things. We have also seen a lot of houses that have a paratial basement with a partial crawl. The only thing I don't like about slab is the lack shelter from bad weather, and the access to pipes. It looks like I might have to give up the two car garage dream for a basement in our price range maybe

What do those of you who own homes have expereince with when it comes to these types of basements? We are trying to narrow down what we are looking for in homes to look at. What are the possible issues with these?

I got my Element through them. The price I got was pretty much right on what the market was demanding at the time. Sales people were good, and I had no issues. This was a few years ago and maybe things have changed. It might depend on the car you are getting but compare their prices to others around. They were also really good with any issues I had with the car.

I have an older copy of DreamWeaver, but need to learn to use it better For the most part I think it is fairly easy to you, but I got some books to help out. If you can find some guide videos those would be the biggest help I think.
