    From what I recall, owner/operator can have it, as long as you follow Ohio CCW guidelines. If you work for someone, you have to follow their policy's and procedures. I'm not a supervisor, so I don't have all the laws in my head.

    Thanks for pointing me in the right direction guys. I'll look on ebay for parts, if this doesn't sell by winter. I just wanted to update everyone on the damage, and the price drop change. If it doesn't sell, I'll have a nice winter project to work on.

    Yep, that's true. That's OSP policy, you always get a ticket. Their the only agency that won't cut a break. If it was any other PD, I'm sure you would've not been cited. Just pay the fine, you were at fault.
