Lol, sorry. I started looking and decided to wait.
It's a '12 though, 15k miles. Dyno blue pearl.

Trying to book a room online...do we have a coupon code or promo code
Nope, gotta call. I asked the same thing lol
-
Yes, it is still there. I was there that one bike night when we went there.
So was I. I don't remember meeting you.
-
Is that mellow mushroom still there? That's how long I've been out of the loop, lol
-
Damn, my 48 is getting a little snug. Don't think this will work

Let me check my size

Qsl bike night with OR was always a fun time.

I can't ride down from cleveland tonight, but good luck in Maine. It's a pretty awesome state.
-
Anyone in cleveland area riding down that wants to ride down with me? Or hell, Columbus even.
-
Never mind. Waiting on a '14

Hit the stands at Ohio bike week they will custom fit them to you on the spot
Idk if I'm going to that, though.

Shit Under_Psi is looking for someone to camp with much cheaper if you prefer.
No camping for me. Don't have room for my tent and everything else, so I'm bringing a couple changes of clothes and that's about it.

When your booking tell them your part of the Ohio Riders group they have different pricing. Check the first post in the thread.
I saw that, just was trying to book online. I'll give them a call then

Thanks for your donation. Who are you waiting for a sticker from? ABDecals?
I was waiting for one from you. This a decals thing is new lol.

Is there a discount code I need to book this? It's charging $137 a night for a lodge room..

I know where you can find a Ducati Monster for $3K.
Later, Doug
Do ya now? Lol

Your tires are probably just fine. Dunlops?
Ok, good. And yes, dunlops.

Well I can help you out with your Subaru needs, so long as you don't want a new Subaru.

You are right, not as good as full leather pants. Which are not as good as a one piece leather racing suit with armor. It's risk vs reward. You pick your own tolerance level for risk and you ride.
Alright. I'm gonna try a pair. I'll pick some up tomorrow. You ever been to Avon boot shop? Decent stuff there?

I had already had a trip to the area planned for this weekend. I will be leaving Thursday morning from Elyria (near Cleveland) and taking all backroads to get there. If anybody wants to ride down with me let me know. As of now I'm rolling solo. I'm riding a FJR1300 and plan in making good time and other than taking a few pics along the way I prefer to put the miles on.
I'd ride down with you. I live in Sheffield lake, so you're on the way lol. I just got new tires about 2000 miles ago... When you all say to have fresh tires, is that fresh enough? Knowing that I won't be doing any knee dragging in corners or anything, I mean.

I'm going. I lived in Knoxville an entire year, and never once got to go to ride there. Now that I'm back in Ohio, I'm in. I'll be in the slow group, of course.

I work at a car dealership in Avon. We're looking for one salesperson to replace a recently departed one. We aren't the typical dealership that makes you work 60+ hours a week, and has more sales people than cars. We're a small dealership where all our salespeople make a decent living.
We've got 8 salespeople, and we have very low turnover because of the setting. If you're interested, let me know, and I'll put you in touch with the right people.

"Chaps".... Sounds gay, but they have a purpose.
Here's my issue with them, and as unserious as it sounds, it's a sincere issue... I think. Maybe I'm wrong..
Chaps, leave a very important part of me uncovered and unprotected, except with jeans. If I get off my bike and I'm sliding down the road, gravel, rocks, dirt, etc seem like they'd rip through my pants pretty quickly. It would seem like road rash on the legs would be drastically better than road rash of the, well, rear...
Like I said, this is a sincere thing, so if I'm way off on the protective quality of chaps, I can go to Avon boot shop and pick up a pair for $60. I just have always felt this way about them, but admit I've also never worn them.

You're married.... So you're not looking for a piece of ass. You're a member if OR, so you know gear is encouraged. Don't get too caught up in appearances. Ride your ride with your priorities in check. Kudos for wearing the gear.
True, true. It's not the appearances I'm concerned with, as much asI just want something I can wear over my work pants when I ride to work. I know my normal work pants aren't going to protect me in the least, so I'm open to pretty much anything as long as I can wear them over my pants.
And yes, gear is important. Married, and with two babies. They're the priorities every time I ride.
I want another bike
