Running isn't the best idea, IMHO. Think about getting a speeding ticket vs. an impounded bike, your ass beat, reckless op, speeding, fleeing and eluding, among other shitty charges. Is it worth it?

I know it isn't a mandatory impound in OH because I have asked some of my cop buddies about it. You are correct in OH on the 25 over.

Depends on the state you're in, but they CAN give you a RO for 25+ over the speed limit. Also, wheelies/stunts will get you a RO.
