I will say the shifting is great compared to the V8 cars. I understand the disconnect thing, but I like being able to hit my gears on time then fighting with the car to do so. I'm not one for stiff clutch pedals.

I mean honestly after hearing you talk about how you drive today I think it would be something you really would like to have. Let me know what you think of the crown gear. The DSG transmission is where it is at. I think both myself and Jones would say that.

Honestly this is what I do daily and I would honestly say go DSG with sports rear diff. Read up on Crown Gear and how it can help move power around.

We love our 2005 VW V8 Touareg, but honestly it can suck the gas like a champ. We get 17-19mpg on avg. I picked it up cheap on a customer moving up to a Q7 TDI. Without having someone check one out done get one. Since I work for MAG I have techs that can look out for the major stuff.

New boss is open to this so I might bring something down or at least be able to attend once a month. Things are looking good.

I've not done it, but watched people do it. Seems simple and can be done by hand. Just wondered if they would do all that in one stop.

I understand about wheels since Brice has done a ton of wheels for me, but for brakes having to take them off the car, brake them down, rebuild them with new seals, and reinstalled doesn't sound like a drop off service. Having 6 pistons up front and 4 in the rear that is a lot of parts to replace. Need to look into this.

Let me know how things work out. I would like to get the Touareg brembo brakes done. I would be doing all 4 of mine. Just wonder if I can drop the whole car off for a while then pick up, or if I would need to leave it up on stands at the house.

My wife is about half way done with her Masters in Healthcare Admin at OU. I think she likes it better then OSU in class cause she doesn't have the time every day each week to do the class work till the weekend. Every week or class is different and could have small post to do about a topic and then comment on another's post. There is a lot of reading and papers that can really stress her out, but the group assignments really can get her worked up cause not everyone has the time to do it or just is dumb as shit. I'm very proud of her with a 4.0 GPA the whole time. She always focuses on trying to have it done by Saturday night so we have Sunday off together. Doesn't always work out cause she is up doing a paper right now.

I have been dealing with this for a while since I live just 40 feet from a school zone in The same school system. Now the last 3 years it has been 7:30-8:30 in the morning and I can't remember the afternoon hours cause I just never drive during them. Now they have changed it to when kids are present. I always leave around 8:15-8:30 to get to work at 9:00 and always do the 20 no matter what. Just feels normal. I always have some jack ass riding my ass in a mini van or someone late to school and they normally have kids for said school without or without the new signs. So people out here totally just blow it off and I've never seen anyone pulled over or even a cop in 4 years. So maybe they should come over here instead.

That makes no sense cause it is a total gamble if you will like it or not. I've always setup everyone with close to 30% off retail pricing with people I still know working for Mattress Firm.

I still will take my A4 or Touareg over the wife's GLI with beetle steelies and snows. This winter the GLI gets a break from the winter.

I will see what I find. Going to breakfast then dropping the wife back off at the house to finish a paper while I shop and mow the grass.

What happened to wife's car? I can set you up with people that have been there for years that work on all my cars. Ken is a great tech and I trust him. If you go to Byers have Garrett work on your car. Why care about the service writer when the tech does all the work?
