Yeah there light but when its buried in mud I was happy that I was riding with someone else who could help me pick the damn thing up. I wasnt going to fast maybe like 30mph and Im also happy I did have all my gear on or im sure I would have ended up more beat up than I did.

Well i was riding everything was good and we decided to pull into a park to take a little break and there was a curve in the road and it was covered in gravel and the road was just in real bad shape and me being new I panicked and hit my break and down I went.It was a newb mistake but I came out unhurt and there was just minor damage to the bike so I think im lucky.

Not sure exacly somewhere between Strongsville and Brecksville.

Glad to see you are alright I just dumped my SV in the metroparks last Saturday.I was ok and bike for the most part was fine just a bent bar end and the shifter sheared off but it was ready to go pretty much the next day thanks to the handywork of Nacademus.

I go to the metroparks quite a lot and also had a bad experience there about a week ago.I'll think about going but I would be the guy in the back holding everyone up and I really just don't want to do that.

As much as I would love to join everyone on this ride I am just not confident enough in my riding skills to keep at a steady pace with everyone.I not Tachman have only been riding for about a month and a half.So maybe by the end of Summer when i get a few more thousand miles under my belt I will attend one of these group rides.Right now I just dont want to piss anyone off or make people feel like they have to wait for me.I dont want to be that guy.

I completely agree "American" cars will last just as long if not longer than any jap piece of crap(im speaking solely on the cars,we all know americans dont make a good bike)Im an ex General Motors worker and maybe Im bias to american cars but people who say their Honda will last so much longer than a GM or Ford really pisses me off.Any car can last 200,000 miles if you do the normal maintenance.And the fact that it isn't going to cost you your next born child when something does break on an American made car just makes it that much better,again that my opinion but I also think that there is some truth to it.

I have a Droid and im just gonna wait for the official release,from what I have read Verizon/Moto will be pushing it out "soon" what that really means I dont know.I was rooted and I honestly didn't notice many things that were different except for overclocking. So if I were you I would just wait,2.1 isnt that bad at least I dont think so but thats just my opinion.

So this happened to me a few days ago before I was on these great little forums. I was out riding with my dad(who happens to have a big boring Harley but thats neither here nor there) and we were in a 55mph zone and with no effin warning some jackass decides he is going to just suddenly stop for no apparent reason no turn signal or anything.And im a good distance away at this point but when someone goes to a dead stop from 55 it kind of takes a lot for you to stop.So I hit my breaks and they didn't really seem to be helping so I squeezed/pushed on my breaks a little more and my back tire locks up and shortly after so does my front and up the back of the bike goes and I come about 2 feet from running into the back of the moron in the truck.I was fine just a it shaken up.Oh and the dude in the truck just kept on his merry way after that he didn't turn or anything , just kept right on going like he did nothing wrong. Now im sure I made some newb mistakes in that situation but I guess that is going to happen with a new rider.Just how everything happened really pissed me off,I really wish people would pay a little bit more attention to their surroundings so stuff like that didn't happen.As we all know though is that just isn't reality and people don't give a damn about anyone but themselves. End rant.
