  1. It could work, but I think it would still be noticable based on how the doors are designed. Looking for a professional job.
  2. Definately chipped the paint. Small but down to the primmer.
  3. Looking for a masterful repair person or shop to repair a ding/chip in my car door. Here is the story. Just bought a BMW 128i convert less than four weeks ago and some piece of SH@#$#% who parks in the Grange parking garage left a ding and chipped the paint in the passenger door. So first of all I need to get it repaired so I can get some sleep. And not just some pretty good job but one that will make me forget it ever happended. So if you have experience with someone who can fix it to this level please let me know. Thanks
  4. If you just had the R/R replaced under the current service bulletin/recall, then it should still be under warranty.
  5. Great day of racing for those who missed it. Did I miss the memo that it is cool to ride in shorts?
  6. Hey! another Street Bob rider on the site. Welcome.
  7. Unfortunately the economy is heavily effecting the used bike market. The law of supply and demand, there are a number of people like yourself that are trying to sell and there are very few buyers (they have no cash or are worried about the future). I have been passively looking the last couple of weeks and here is what I have found. There are at least a dozen D675s for sale on Triumph675.net, one other on OR, and the number being listed on ebay has increased. The average year is 2007, the average mileage is just under 6k, and the average asking selling price is $5,300. Mods do not seem to add much value for buyers and mileage does not have a tremendous impact on the seller's asking price. You may have an advantage that while there are a number of '06, '07, and 08's for sale there are not many '09 or '10. Thus if you find someone looking for the upgrades Triumph placed on the '09s and newer you may find a buyer. Otherwise you are competing for buyers looking at prices in the low $5k range. From what I have seen $7k is reasonable for the year and mileage but for a quick cash sale you may find yourself taking a loss. Just my two cents if it helps. Sweet looking bike. I love mine.
  8. If this helps? I just scheduled my appointment to renew my permit and I remembered reading the following. According to the Ohio's Concealed Carry Law published by the Ohio Attorney General, one of the "forbidden carry zones" is a Licensed D-Liquor Permit premises in which any person is consuming liquor. "Concealed firearms are banned in premises for which a D permit has been issued. There are some exceptions to this prohibition. The prohibition does not apply to principal holder of D permit as long as principal holder is not consuming liquor. The prohibition does not apply to an agent or employee of the principal holder who is also a peace officer who is also off duty. Possession of a concealed firearm is allowed in a retail store with a D-6 or D-8 permit as long as concealed carry license holder is not consuming liquor. Class D permits are generally issued to an establishment that sells alcohol for consumption on the premises. In any event, be certain of the type of permit and whether liquor is being consumed before you enter with a concealed handgun."
  9. It was nice to meet many of you and put faces with screen names. Has anyone calculated the odds of the same person winning two bikes?
