Yea, I saw that one was held by rebel forces then the US got them back. So yes, they were separated at ejection.

I'm not too sure on the circumstances of the voting either. If China or Russia didn't vote not surprising.

It says in the first paragraph that both are in American hands if I'm not mistaken. " A U.S. fighter jet crashed in Libya after an apparent equipment malfunction but both crewmembers were able to eject and were back in American hands with only minor injuries, U.S. officials said Tuesday."

An F-15 had a mechanical malfunction and crashed last night at 2130. One crew member was captured by Libyan forces but both crew members are now in US hands. As far as I can tell their both alright. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110322/ap_on_re_eu/libya_us_jet
