I told brad to take it to 35moto..rube did some work on my bike and even tho its a bit of a drive I would make it again no question..rube is great! Gixxe ill have to check on the rev thing brad went back to school at bg so unless he comes home for a weekend its kind of in my hands now

The pump was just replaced with a used (tested ok according to ind.moto) unit about 3 weeks ago. Plugs were done just before it got warm enough to ride and the bike hasn't been down since brad got it. We have been fighting over heating issues with it for some time and they just get worse. Tried starting in neutral and same thing..starts up..runs for a few seconds and dies. All I know is it got hot (not sure of the exact temp) the last time he rode it and he parked it in the garage and now it will not stay running. I think he said he checked the coolent the next day and the resivor was empty...brad step in if I'm missing anything. Thanks for all the ideas and help guys!

picked up some Lexol cleaner and conditioner and it is great, it cleaned all the dirt and bugs right off. not to mention some of the girls that work at rods western palace..wow

yes, very dangerous and difficult. they can kill you if done wrong.

+1 i almost lost my right hand trying to fix one. only thing that prevented it was the cable end caught on the track and stopped it from winding up all the way.

ahh his SxS has 2 triggers. im not sure why they are so cheap other then they (iirc) are a benelli off brand

a buddy of mine has a side by side..never really had any issues that im aware of..break action and pump shotguns are pretty simple theres not much that can go wrong

Ive had some good luck with CL..but I do have to agree that it seems 97% is over priced for what it is. when i first started looking at street bikes I was looking at CL a few times a week and couldn't believe what some people thought their crap was worth.

Orderd some a* sp2 gloves from mike today..they make it very easy to spend money! Haha thanks again mike pretty excited to see the fedex guy..again!

I got a set of Powers last month and noticed a "strange line" that goes all the way around both tires. I looked it up on several other forums and it seems like quite a few people have the EXACT same thing going on.i guess its been chalked up to something with the molding of the tire. I haven't found anyone saying it will lead to problems or that a tire with said line had failed, but I thought i would check with OR and see if it was cause for concern. you can see the line left of center on the rear tire and right of center on the front.

HJC is prolly the worst helmet I ever had.

my f4i is a salvage..never had a single problem with it other then getting the maint. back up to par

it was nice finally getting to put some faces to names and getting a chance to talk to some people with way more knowledge about riding then me. Hopfully i get a chance or two to go on some rides with a few of you since just about all of my friends are to scared to get on 2 wheels :burn:

i just picked up a Astars gp pro in white/black. the books says use a damp cloth and wipe it clean..is it ok to use leather cleaner? leather conditioner? if so what do you recomend?
