if the visor was covering your eyes then he should have not pulled you over I ride with it cracked all the time for air when I wear a lid!

try a upholstry shop , how bad is the tear, they should have a big enough machine to fix it if I had a industrial machine I could do it but I do not yet, thinking about getting back in the upholstry business just motorcycle seats and repairs like that I just reupholstered my seat and it looked good

if You are going on the highway you need a street trail or a motocross bike for all the pot holes and speed bumps they do not take care of the roads anymore!
