started the bike(s) last night and rode down the street and back. the VTX is a little iffy when its not 80-90 out... spitt and sputtered last night something awful after a 5 minute warm up... I am still claiming it is not jetted right. But when its nice out it runs great(after it warms up)? someone took the factory pipes off and put on cobra equal lengths it sounds great! but, it is too bitchy when it is not nice out.

It has had it since it had 96,000 on it and I replaced the head gasket... i checked everything when I tore it down and could not find anything. Replaced the head at 120,000. Still doing it... I mean cheese and rice it is a 400.00 1996 neon... dont want to sound like I am bitching... But really what do you expect?

If anyone is interested. I have a 1996 plymouth neon. green 4dr 5 spd. Has approx. 186K on it. Motor has a knock when you start it but goes away when it is warm. I drove it from Pataskala to Zanesville for 4.5 years. Parked it when we moved to Blue ROck and started driving my truck again. It definately needs a brake line from the front to the back. or a splice put into it. Car starts everytime. Last year put in a starter and 6 months before that put in a fuel pump. Stereo stopped working but when checked it was fine. If it is a relay I cant find it... Checked the fuses everything looks to be OK? Top dash is cracked ($15 at u-wrench it) headliner is falling down (10 at u-wrench it). Front tire (drivers side) needs replaced or slimed, hole in the sidewall . Just little things. First 400 gets it.

I have a set of Orange MX shift gear. except for the gloves at a fair race, it has never been worn. The pants are 38's and the jersey is a XL Gloves are 10-L. I will let it go for 40.00.

I have for sale a 1996 Suzuki Katana 600. Bought it from a fellow employee a year and half ago. Had some issues. Tires were shot, speedo was not working properly. Headlight and switch were on high beam only. Paint was some mirage something or other... This bike now has New tires front and back. New Clutches. New Clutch cable. New mirrors. Tinted windscreen. New headlight bulb and a newer switch. Speed-o was replaced. Reading 26K, believed to be more like 17K at the time. I ride the bike back and forth to work when weather permits. Bike is in a primer white. I started to paint it, but kept having issues with the plastic on the rear right side cracking through the primer? Never have figured it out. I have a pint of Gixxer blue with all the reducers to go with the bike. Paint alone was $125.00 w/my discount. Any questions please ask. thank-you *new sealed battery in the spring. Bike got new spark plugs in the spring before I started riding it. The fuel petcock was rebuilt in july when the tires were replaced. Clutch work was done in late August. It has a erratic idle to it. I have tried my best to correct it with the adjuster. Sometimes it idles fine, sometimes it idles high (+1000RPM's), then sometimes it idles low. The only other thing I could possible tell you about the bike, in the midst of servicing the bike I found it already had a K&N filter in it.
