no it's what the article mentioned. basically for riders rights, there first big thing was no helmet/eyewear laws. leaving the decision up to us instead of letting big brother make decisions for us

I'm Jason. 25 years old. I have a 97 VFR750. Been riding less than a year. First bike was a 75 CB550 I got in Late April 2010, rode it almost 15,000 miles when I sold it in Late August 2010 and Picked up my VFR in Early September this past year. Put almost 5,000 miles on it already. I love the sound of that gear driven V4. Unfortunatly, I dropped it in a parking lot the second day I had it not use to how tall it was compared to my CB but manged unscathed and only a little damage behind the left front turn signal. Also a pro carry member here. Ride safe everyone.
