  1. Hey guys, I'm still fairly new to the area. I haven't run across any good dealerships/stores in my area yet. Went down to Cleveland Motorsports which should be renamed "Cleveland boat dealer with a-hole employees." Need a place other than Autozone to buy oil, fluids, chain lube, maybe even some gear or other accessories. Who's good?
  2. Tailgate up or down is not a concern for me, my bike won't fit with the tailgate up without a tool box (quad cab standard bed), and I've been hauling bikes and quads with the tailgate down for years. It's a non issue. Just wondering if there are other purpose built boxes like the one I posted.
  3. I'll be sure to consult you next time I make a vehicle purchase.
  4. Bought a new truck.....partly because it's an easy way for me to haul my bike around. I have a bunch of other tools and gear I also need to haul, and would like a system that does both. So far all I've found is this: http://www.pickuptrucktoolboxes.com/Space_Saver_Truck_Tool_Box/Dirt_Bike_truck_tool_box.htm It looks pretty cool, but I was wondering if there are other options out there. Thanks.
  5. Care to prove that? Range time is on me...
  6. 16-18 weeks is the time it takes us to build the 4000 other orders in front of yours. Each of our items are hand produced. From that link: We provide a lot of kit to NSW. I'll stand by my previous statements about what pistols they carry most often. We offer a 30 day return policy and an unconditional lifetime warranty. Don't like it? Send it back. No harm no foul. Thanks for the order! Tom
  7. It's a (poorly executed) diversion tactic for our friend Tod. He must have taken the second D and hidden it in the closet with his homosexuality....
  8. No worries guys, I just wanted to set the record straight for those watching this thread. I know you didn't mean any malice by it, but someone else who reads this and takes from it that our communication is lacking may tell his friends, who may tell his friends, etc. We have to squash any internet drama quickly before it gets out of hand. This thread will eventually die, but somebody will find it on a google search sometime in the future and I just want all the info out there. Case closed as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for the heads up Afro-Tod.
  9. It changes based on team/mission/etc. As a default, Secret Service uses 229's and SEALS use 226's.
  10. Two things: 1) You sent your email to RCS 11:13am on May 9th. This thread was posted at 8pm that evening. While technically correct that we hadn't yet responded to your email, your post gives the impression to the public that you're being ignored. Considering there were only 6 business hours available for us to send a reply before your post here, I think we're still well within a reasonable time frame to get back to you, the customer. Your post also says "emails," but only one email was sent. To answer your question, yes we can build for the P2000 and C5L. The information on the product description is old info that hasn't been updated since we added the C5L to our product line. I apologize for the confusion. Any further questions, please ask. 2) Secret Service and the SEALS use Sigs, not HK's.
  11. I can respect that, but are you shopping for a historic symbol/family heirloom, or the best tool to possibly defend your life with one day in a dark alley when you're beaten and bloody? The two very rarely go together.
  12. The 5" gun will not be any more accurate in a practical sense than the 5." Each are more accurate than 99% of humans. Barrel length has little, if anything, to do with accuracy. Short 1911's typically don't run well at all. If you're shopping production pistols, I'd go at least 4.25" barrel length, and stay away from Kimber. Springfield, Colt, and S&W would be my choices. That said, the 1911 makes little sense for most concealed carry use. Is there something drawing you to that platform? There are other options that will probably suit you a lot better.
  13. From the guy who asked me today how the KLR seat was on a ride from Cleveland to Battle Creek and back....please. I can puts on the milez.... West Virginian's speak Glock 9mm pretty well. I ain't skeerd....
  14. Fixed it for you. When I left that place was imploding on itself. I have no idea what it's like now.
