KTM allows dealers to be off-road only.

THIS.  My local dealer Rhemerts Kawasaki/KTM in Versailles Ohio is dirt only with their KTM lineup, but they carry all of Kawasaki's lineup including SxS's and PWC's.  I had to find a KTM street/dirt dealer elsewhere too.

Oh, and the wife and I are out for this meetup.....got a show to play

If you don't get sore after a let workout, you're doing it wrong.  Rising out of a chair 2 days after legs should make you cry.

I think this is relative to each persons fitness level and recovery rate.  When I started Crossfit, I was really sore for 3-4 days....but the longer I've done it, the faster my muscle groups recover.  I'll workout until my legs shake and I'm barely able to stand, the difference now is that my stamina is slowly improving as well as how quickly I get past the sore stage.  Obviously stretching and foam rolling the pain away makes a big difference too.

I doubt that I'll ever reach a point to where I won't hurt the day after a heavy workout; if so, then I obviously didn't do enough...but feeling good enough to get back in the gym on the 2nd day shows me the improvements are coming slowly but surely.

  3. There's something to be said about riding the roads around the Gap area.  I don't ride nearly as many miles/days in succession throughout the year as I do down there.  Now, mind you I don't ride down there and back....I trailer to and from....but once there, the adrenaline and excitement keeps me in the saddle far longer than I'd typically ride around here.

Similar to SEO roads, the ride to and from the annual Epic rides usually suck since it's primarily interstate.....but once there, love every mile of it with little sense of being overwhelmed or exhausted.

The key factors for riding any type of long distance IMO is avoiding dehydration, and recognizing fatigue. Us folks on touring bikes are spoiled and can run 200 mile twisty road stints all day, but doing so on a supersport is different story. You ride enough before June and you'll be ready. I sure would like to try the gap on a different bike this year...

Didn’t mean to make it sound like you do dumb stuff down there. Not my intention as I know you, and that’s just not how you roll lol. Just speaking I general about other people.

Nah bro, no offense taken whatsoever....and I'm not taking a stance on trailering, I'm just pro choice is all.  For the little extra it costs us to trailer down and back, we feel it's worth it.  And some might agree, where others don't - that's the luxury of a free country.  I dig all you folks, all the same.

Flip side of the coin; knowing you have to ride it back may make some people think twice about doing something dumb.

Never do anything dumb down there, but then again....it's not always simply a riders choice to NOT crash, things happen.....but to each their own in that respect

So they do come in Vinnila Gorilla sizes!

Now you need to not sell your Mid o certs. Come do another track day with me. I'll probably go back to coaching there when my 790 comes

Yes sir, gorilla sized suit is a go!

Won't be doing any roadcourse trackdays this year, my bike setup and focus will be on racing OMRL....but glad to hear your going to be coaching again.  Can't wait to hear how your 790 does out there, it definitely should be impressive against other bikes in it's class

  8. Got the suit today Mike.  Looks awesome, well made....and....IT FITS!  Another 15ish pounds to cut before it's truly comfy, but I'm happy....Thanks man.

These are really nice suits for the money folks, buy with confidence
