as much as i dont want to i cant keep it. parents wont let me keep it after the accident.

stills runs and drives fine. drove it home from accident site ( miles from my house )

i have over $1,200 in receipts to this car of new parts not to mention the new top on it. it WAS a zero accident car till april 4th. when a woman failed to yield and i hit her in the ass end at around 20-25 mph. its not in horrible shape but will need to be pulled back into shape ( not bad by far but i dont know what im doing with it )

$1,000 in cash will take it home...i paid $1,600 for it when i bought it. someone can buy this here and make there money parting it out.

the only thing that will not come with the car is the Cd player i just put in 2 weeks ago...and maybe the speedo cluster...i will leave it alone till i know weather someone wants this or not.

You are young enough just let your dad handle making them feel stupid. Your back and neck hurt right? Man, that could really prevent you from working on your car and thats your favorite hobby. Oh - ya don't say, the car is totalled too?

he has never had to deal with an accident...so he is still like ugh...my uncles a cop though so he is telling us what we need to do. and yes my neck really dose hurt...its damn stiff right now. this day could not get worse.

what happened?

a woman failed to yeild and boom...my cars done for....nothing is right...gaps on ever panel are off. front sub frame is pushed over and down. even the trunk don't want to open and close right...still runs and everyone is ok. so i guess thats all that matters..still sucks...she is at fault and she is trying to pin it on me...cop even cited her for it...her insurance is calling and trying to "trick" me into admitting I'm at fault.
