HJC has partnered with Marvel to create the HJC RPHA 11 Pro Spiderman Helmet. The RPHA 11 Pro is the top of the race helmet line at HJC. Standing for "Revolutionary Performance Helmet Advantages," the RPHA 11 Pro was designed for both comfort and durability on the race track. The shell of the RPHA 11 Pro is made with multiple materials, including carbon fiber, Aramid, fiberglass and organic non-woven fabric. The result of this "PIM+" (Premium Integrated Matrix Plus) is a highly durable, yet lightweight helmet. One of the biggest changes with this helmet is the upgraded ventilation system. The new RPHA 11 Pro now has ten vents total, compared to the RPHA 10 Pro's five vents. This new “ACS” Advanced Channeling Ventilation System features six intake vents and four extraction vents. The re-designed Max Air-flow Top Vents now incorporate rubber for easier adjustment while wearing gloves. Rear exhaust vents work along with the rear wing to remove hot air, as well as reduce drag. This helmet has a matte finish and includes a 2D Dark Smoke Shield and anti-fog insert lens. The RapidFire II shield replacement system makes removing the shield easy (no tools needed). The shield lock securely holds the shield closed when latched, and is easy to release thanks to a one-touch system. Inside of the helmet is HJC's "MultiCool" cheek pads and comfort liner. The material is soft, moisture-wicking, and anti-bacterial. The padding is completely removable and washable. This helmet also includes a breath guard and chin curtain. The new Bell Race Star helmet is identical to Bell's top-of-the-line Pro Star helmet, with the only difference being shell construction. Made with 3K carbon fiber, the Race Star is a lightweight and durable helmet. The Bell Race Star Tracer Black/White Helmet features a glossy finish. Equipped with Bell's three-layer Flex Impact Liner, the Race Star is designed to protect in three potential impact scenarios: low, mid and high-speed. A new vent configuration allows for the same great airflow as the helmets in the previous Star series with less outside noise. Together, the multi-position chin vent and removable vent plug allow you to aim the airflow towards either the shield or your face. Two exhaust vents, one under the rear wing and one at the neck, let hot air out of the helmet. This helmet comes with a "Panovision" face shield with Class 1 Optics. Bell's Panovision incorporates larger view ports that allow you to see more while doing head-checks, lane changes, or searching for obstacles. The center lock mechanism makes opening and closing the shield easy while riding. The Race Star's cheek pads and comfort liner incorporate Bell's "Magnefusion" technology, which utilizes magnates rather than snaps to hold the cheek pads in place. Brand new for 2017, the Alpinestars Limited Edition 99 Camo Supertech R Boots were designed to celebrate MotoGP Rider Jorge Lorenzo's home race in Montmeló. Made of microfiber and synthetic leather, the Supertech R is both light and durable. A new front flex area made up of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and mesh provides a more breathable and comfortable fit. This new construction of the front flex area is more abrasion resistant than the original version. The sole of the boot is made out of lightweight rubber that is flexible for when the rider changes positions. Additionally, the boot contains a replaceable, co-injected TPU/aluminium toe slider for added toe protection. The protective polymer heel plate slider is also replaceable. The Supertech R has accordion microfiber stretch in both the Achilles and the top of the boot, making it easy to put on and take off. The boot is equipped with both a TPU zipper and a Velcro tab to ensure the boot stays closed during use. It also features a micro-adjustable ratchet top closure for a safe and precise fit. A completely removable inner ankle brace incorporates protection around the side and back of the foot. 3D mesh material wicks moisture, keeping feet cool and dry.
