  1. 5975 too high for this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290622622627
  2. I hope the other guy is a genuine ID and not some kinda bait ID, hope things fall through, on top i have to pay tax and shipping, too cold for me to ride it over here. And then i have to store it here till next season. overall lose lose for me. I requested them if i can back down, if not will go ahead.. dont wanna be "that jerk"
  3. i was looking for vstrom, but not this pricey
  4. i guess i might as well curiosity killed the cat ... just clicked away thinking what kind of reserve they kept
  5. Thanks Yea never again playing around on a side note, isnt 5900 too much for the above said bike? bike lookes like new tho
  6. So me being an ADHD moron I jumped and for fun bid on a Vstrom in Ebay, I know what u guys think ... But it is sort of fun for me to just look around, read about and some times just to bid on stuff when ur sure ur not gonna end up winning it. But this time it back fired, i just bid on a bike, it "met the reserve" and now i am the highest bidder dayum... seems like no one else is bidding higher, i have 1 more day to go. Is there any way i can undo it without affecting either groups Update: I was able to retract the bid as it was only few hours into it, I had earlier wrote to the seller about this and he was okay with me retracting it and eventually he sold it to the next highest bidder its a 2008 Vstrom 1000 with 3900 miles+ Scorpion exhaust, Power Commander, adjustable Givi windscreen, top box, and crash bars and i got stuck with 5900$ anyway to undo it ..
  7. Thank you very much Yea during winter gonna go thru the footages and make sort of mash up vids
  8. This took me like 4 -5 hours or so, the biggest time consumer is to go thru 4 hours of recording to find good stuff for just 5 mins. When we go thru 4 hours of recording that takes us atleast 2-3 hours to see it all and decide. Then the biggest time consumer is finding the right music, The actual process of editing takes only few minutes, may be because i am used to it i guess. As u see not much work put in this video,
  9. Thx guys @ BAD Yea bad, gopro always need to be very close esp when using wide angle. I some times have the urge to run as close as i can to the guy in front... but i think tendency to target fixate increase and reaction time decreases etc and in short dont have the guts to do it. @green V: we missing a green bike in the video shud have come
  10. Here is a quick edit of last saturday group ride video, weather was nice even thou little cold to start with. This will prolly my last group ride for this season. so no more bothering you guys with my camera and videos for the rest of the year Enjoy , up the volume for fun ( paul sure gonna hate the oontz oontz music;) ) http://www.youtube.com/user/docography As always plz do rate subscribe, hope to seen as much as the cali bike video big timers some day
  11. am sorry now i get it , we are choosing blind... in the end it was as straight forward as it could be..dayum
  12. may be i am basing my argument more on psycho-philosophical base rather than maths i mean i am setting this argument from the observer basis saying that he is ignoring the fact that ace of diamond that he drew twice is one and the same card.
  13. in your example the criteria is red, there is no confusion there, ie a card which is red which can be either diamond or heart Card >> RED ( 1 probability) >> diamond or heart but the question above there is one card which satisfies both criteria, but are mutually exclusive. here a card which is either ace or diamond. Card>> ace (1 probability) or diamond (1 probability) Then again i am just stating a different point of view, am not saying i am right.
  14. true.. was it the english prof who gave this question ?
  15. now ur suggesting the probability of picking a card marked X which becomes 16/52 now lets do this, put an x on all diamonds, what is the probability of picking card marked x = 13/52 now put a Y on all aces probability is 4/52 what is the probability that of picking either x or y ... i pick back to back 16 x put it back then back to back 4 y then it is 17, the condition never excluded a thing with both x and y.
  16. i mean what if the argument is like this, first time i picked a diamond ACE i am going to count it as diamond, then i replace the card and then next time i pick it again and i count it as ACE. until the card reaches our hand its not counted, so in the deck of 52 cards this one card hold value of two probability ?
  17. he might be right, since in math term Ace diamond is = two probability ? even thou we end up with one card only? i mean if what is the probability we will pick a diamond = 13 . what is the probability we will pick an ace = 4 then its a combination of these two and never actually a probability of picking back to back 16 cards,, but 17 cards.. remember in this question we might be replacing card after each pick right.? then again maths is not my strong subject..
  18. @casper: I have raynauds, 50s was the best I could do with the best of gear I could afford at this time, it's the damn hands Ah any famous routes or some thing down south? Is it worth it to go some where warm without hauling bike and then renting one to get the itch cured
