  1. Glad you guys had a good ride, and sorry I couldn't make it. Maybe next time I can leave the skirt at home and get out there.

How was OH-556? From the map it looked like a really nice road, and I'm interested to try it out sometime.

We actually skipped OH 556. We took 78 to 800 instead.

  2. I am 95% sure that I am in for this ride... are we eating after we all meet up or should I grab something ahead of time?

I don't think there are any planned stops for food, but I am open to the consensus of the group. If I were you, I would grab something lite to eat beforehand.

  3. if likwid is rolling with us, we'll have to stop for gas at like 75-80 mile intervals anyhow which is usually under 1.5hrs in my experiences

No big deal. My bike is thirsty too. It really depends on the group...some people like to keep rolling with minimal stop time, but I am open to anything.

  4. if u guys starting late why not try shorter route :p anyways i cant make this one :(

If I'm gonna drive 1.5 hours out of my way to meet in Bolivar, I want to make it worth my while :)

  5. oh I still plan on riding Sunday, I just know it wont be ANY earlier than 11 and more probably Noon

Want to shoot for 11:00 at Bolivar? The route is 4.5 hours long...I want to get back home before dinner.

  6. I like that route, looks awesome but at best I could meet at 11 and thats a huge maybe right now. I just know how I get and the last thing I want to do is bail on a ride I'm sorta mildly trying to put together

Personally I don't have to go all the way to the river or the very SEO. Anything South of Canton will make me happy if its twisty. I could do 100miles or I could do a 300 mile trip. All I need is some good twisty roads and to make it home in 1 piece in time for my playoff game

One way or another, I'm riding. Drink some coffee and suck it up! :D

  7. Just get it. What's it hurt to get a little training?

I agree. Get it and carry all the time. You never know when you may be put in a situation where your life is at risk.
