  1. Pshhh hahaha keep dreamin pawtna
  2. I guess it really depends on how "responsible" you make us feel that that you are if you were living here carrying around loaded firearms in the house. That can be discussed later, ha.
  3. As far as living here and owning guns....HELL YES. No problem at all. As long as 1. you're not an idiot walking around the house daily with a loaded firearm and 2. As long as you're not an idiot walking around the house with a LOADED firearm. I have 13 of my own guns I keep in MY safe here at the house and she doesn't mind that I'm always working on my guns at the dinner table and stuff, hahaha.
  4. Thanks guys. I appreciate the good feedback. Hopefully we get spark some interest.
  5. Ha yeah thanks asshole. This is probably more directed at single people who want a nice quiet place to live.
  6. Also mentioned that there is a very nice kitchen (All granite & finished wood), a LARGE back deck/porch, a more private neighborhood that is quiet and lots of storage room. So no....not $425 to rent a room.
  7. Sorry. I guess I didn't mention that the ACTUAL mortgage is $2500 a month guy. Try living in a $500,000 house in Blacklick. If you don't like it, why post about it?
  8. Hey guys and gals. Wasn't quite sure where to post this thread, but I don't feel it's a time waster and we're technically looking to rent out rooms. Mods, let me know if it should be moved somewhere else. Anyways, I live with my buddies mother in Jefferson Meadows neighborhood (near the corner of Reynoldsburg New Albany & Havens Corners Rd) in a LARGE house in Blacklick. We just had 2 room mates move out and we need to fill those spots. Rent is $425 a month and there are 2 rooms available. The rent is pretty flat rate (may adjust slightly in the winter) I have posted pics of the rooms and the shared bathroom between the bed rooms. Both rooms have walk in closets and the one with the largest closet is the larger room. The smaller room has a balcony to it though into the backyard and over the back porch. Along with the rooms, there is an very nice sized kitchen, huge living room, very large back porch with private golf course in back. Neighborhood is very quiet and private. We have a nice washer and dryer here for use here as well. There is no garage parking available. You'd be parking in the driveway or on the street. LOTS of storage space in the basement in the crawlspaces on both sides of the house. MUST be a clean room mate and clean up after yourself. Carol (the owner) is not home very often and the house is usually very quiet. She's always running around doing her own thing and I am always at school or out and about or in the basement where I live. Will have to do an interview with the owner & I if interested. If you are interested, please contact JJ @ 614-462-0344. Bedroom #1 Bedroom#1 Bedroom #1 walk in closet Shared bathroom (2 sinks & shower) Bedroom#2 Bedroom#2 Bedroom#2 walk in closet
  9. Good to know All very good posts so far. Keep the good feedback coming. Preferably about someone taking this off my hands for me please. Thanks for the lbts comment John. I feel more like part of the group now .
  10. The drums and stick mags aren't for sale (unless you'd like to pay me another $120) just because I want them for my other Saiga. You can find them at MD Arms website MD Arms makes the TOP of the line drum mag. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WA2MjeBzU0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzU5naPQMbg
  11. I didn't want to sell it then my man. I am selling it to attain $ for other things. I have another one sitting right next to it in my safe so losing one to get something else won't make me feel Saiga12 neglected. You know how to get a hold of me if diverting funds seems like a good idea. ( please divert funds). Hahaha. I'll even throw in this extra collapsible 6 position M4 style stock (missing the sling loop) (made for an AK/Saiga platform) and 25 round box of Federal 2 3/4" shells.
  12. Then you should consider buying it from me
  13. You should like me more for making this beautiful weapon readily available for a good price to you as a loving gun owner
  14. VERY NICE Izhmash imported Russian Saiga 12 semi-auto, magazine fed, gas operated 12ga shotgun for sale. -Has been FULLY 922r compliance converted as you can see; The FCG (fire control group) has been moved forward. There has also been a gas port modification made to the shotgun porting the holes in the barrel into the gas block from .074" to .096" (3 of them) opening up the ports to allow for MUCCCH better reliability with light loads like birdshot. Will fire ANYTHING you put through this thing 3" length or smaller. Factory unconverted (and any that have not had the gas port mod) Saiga 12's have LOTS of issues with FTE (failure to eject) with light loads like birdshot because it doesn't have enough to ummphh to kick the bolt carrier back far enough to cycle the next shell. That is NOT a problem with this gun. SUPER RELIABLE. Has MD Arms (premiere) 5 setting gas regulator, Krebs Custom Combat Shotgun Sight and rear wide combat peep sight. Comes with factory Izhmash 5 round magazine. FCG is Tapco G2 and very smoooth and real LIGHT trigger. Warsaw length AK stock and S.A.W. style pistol grip. This thing is loaded with aftermarket options and comes with factory OEM Russian stock and hand guard. Also has gas tube heat shield (very nice looking). I am asking $1000 for this shotgun because of the work, time and $ I have put into it. Also has CSS billet trigger guard, comfortable Russian style (grenade launcher) slip on butt pad. This thing is awesome. Will fire as fast as your trigger finger can pull and cycle every shell. Does not come with a muzzle brake although it is threaded and ready for any kind available for this gun. I also have lost the AR15 style sight post that goes in the Krebs Combat Shotgun Sight housing. Is threaded for and will take ANY AR style sight post. Time stamp wins for buy. E-mail me Jdhonda810@yahoo.com for more details or if you are interested in purchase. Thanks.
  15. Come on people...nobody interested? This is an OBO item which is already cheap.
  16. They should make it an SOP at every bank to have an employee check the ATM for even just a moment 2-3 times a day for this shit. Imagine how many peoples anger and $ they'd save by simply tasking an employee to do this a few times a day that have been taught proper education on what these look like and how they work.
  17. We bought them from K-var. Not from Saiga. Saiga isthe line of guns in multiple calibers produced by Izhmash in Russia. hahaha. Here is K-var's site. http://www.k-var.com/shop/home.php?cat=
  18. LOL!, okay. I have been a member on here but don't get on very often. Thanks for the heads up. hahaha.
  19. Thanks asshole, but they are in perfect condition. Thanks for the good luck too!
  20. Cool man. Let me know! John, wth does this even mean? hahaha
  21. Sounds nice although 1. I don't have an XD .45 and 2. I'm selling the grips so that I don't have them anymore in the 1st place because I never use them. I could use $ much more than a CTLG for an XD. I am planning to buy some kind of nice customized 1911 grips for my Kimber anyway. Thanks for the offer though man !
